OFF TOPIC BUT… @Roderick, after my first 2 initial orders from Toque. I sub sequentially ordered Toque from MS ( so I could get other brand snuffs as well at same time ) Toque snuff seems to stay the freshest of all snuffs I have seen ( Maybe 12 to 15 brands ) which types of toque snuffs has a freshness factor, that buying from you would be wiser than buying from MS. In other words, which get dry faster? how long do they sit in MS inventory? For instance, I can’t believe the fresh consistency of the TOAST AND MARMALADE after months ( not decanting … But put into bulk storage… By Stacking multiple sealed tins stacked into the old tall English glass black cap candy jars ) fresh as day, I got em, has to be, although I never opened them initially, if they were any fresher… They would be wet… Lol… whiskey and honey same way…the toast and marmalade is so freaking fresh after months… You can feel the moisture when scraping from tin with a demitasse spoon. Hail the MASTER BLENDERS… ^:)^
Does anyone in the USA that orders from MrSnuff ever have to pay extra customs fees? I sent MrSnuff an email asking if I should check on my local customs and they responded saying that yes, they do recommend I check with my local customs. I am in North Carolina so if anyone else is in NC and has ordered from them or any other overseas company for that matter, please let me know if you had extra customs fees. Thanks.
@md363 I’ve never had to pay anything extra. And I’ve ordered plenty. Hey everyone im new to the site and new to snuff, ive been trying to place an order with mrsnuff and am to anxious to get my first order, however I got a email from Andrea saying my card declined that I need to confirm my expiry date has any one ever had this problem? Ihad them cancel the first order which hasnt been reversed yet that or my bank hasnt got the funds back yet, I placed another order making sure I confirmed the expiry date and same thing happened so I told them to fix it that the only order I want to go through is the one on rhe 17th. I decided to go get a Walmart money card (visa, being the opposite of my master card) and tried ordering again and now waiting for them to process this order to see what happens. Im going to go to the bankafter noon comes around and see what I can do about the previous two orders using the mastercard. I dont understand how everyone else can get snuff but im having so much trouble

Literally every order I have made at least one snuff has been out of stock, mistersnuff is awesome and all but they really need to fix their inventory system!
Here’s some good news, for me anyway. Placed order at MrSnuff on the 7th, it shipped on the 8th, was in the morning mail on the 11th. I’m in Chicago, and have waited twice + as long from merchants in the US. Kudos Mr. Snuff ! 
Every order I have made so far with Mr. Snuff has been in my mailbox within 7 business days of the status going from processed to shipped. With the exception of my most recent grab. Put the order in on the 5th, then waited a week with the status at processing. So I contacted CS, and apparently earlier this month they were updating their inventory system. My status quickly changed to shipped with the shipped date now appearing as the 7th having made the order on the 5th. Thats great and all, but I am still waiting 23 days later. Ive spoken with a few other forum members around the US and they seem to be having the same issue. Customs intercept maybe? Did the freighter sink? I guess Ive been spoiled by the fast response and arrival time lately. Looks like some are still getting their orders super fast and some are stuck waiting to see if our orders finally make it or if that 28 day mark will hit.

My package has been in NYC since august 16; it’d cleared customs. I called USPS today and they said no “ship to” address was showing up in their computer system, so I don’t know if the problem was on USPS’s end or mistersnuff (most likely the former, how would it get to the US in the first place if mistersnuff hadn’t addressed it properly?) They gave me a case number and said my local postal office should send me an email monday. I gave them the address it should be going to and the tracking number. So all should be well.
My June order was just returned to Mistersnuff a few days ago. It had the correct address on it. It’s a mystery why it didn’t get through, vacation fill-in help maybe at customs or USPS?
These things happen. So very frustrating when they do. But the folks at Mr Snuff make things right so hang in there…
I don’t understand why some of these shipments to the USA have been “intercepted” by Customs and sent back. It is not illegal to ship snuff to the USA. I actually asked a Customs guy I saw in the airport. If anything, they would have to determine if the quantity was large enough to determine duty or if it was considered commercial size, but sent back? I don’t understand under what circumstances they would send it back. Any insight fellas?
you know no matter the job, somebody is going to do it wrong at some point just because they are human. Brain farts happen in every single job.
My package moved today. I think ISC NY is customs because it just moved to somewhere in Long Island. But at least it’s on its way now. I don’t know if my filing a claim with the post office had something to do with it or no I’m just glad to be getting my snuff soon 
I just placed a small order from www.snusory.com and it shipped yesterday. Has anyone else ordered much from them and/or has anyone experienced delays or not recieved their shipment from them. They are located in Germany so it may be a completely different experience than ordering from MrSnuff. The language barrier being one thing and the perception of the package by customs officials being another.
Just for the record it arrived and had indeed been simply held up in customs, it was addressed just fine. I figure it takes so long because they’re ensuring the tax was paid etc.
Anyone know if is legal to buy from Mrsnuff and have tobacco shipped to Italy, do I need To pay tax duty considering that in Italy is in force tobacco monopoly. I really appreciate informations on this matter otherwise I can only use snuffs sold in Italy if I don’t go on Holidays somewhere. Thanks for any answer on this.
@md363 in several orders that i have made from Snusory everything was fine,clean and fast. All parcels arriving via DHL post from Germany to Greece in 6 days. Discreet packaging… Everything just fine…
