@ODT Same here. Only one shop in the Charlotte metro area carries snuff and it only carries two kinds specifically for two customers. Haven’t been in a head shop in forty years - hadn’t thought of that. I order everything else anyway - no big deal I suppose.
Hey Stitch, any samples going?
Well snuffster, glad you got over your illness. Nothing is better than that first pinch after a long fast. Guess every dark cloud has a silver lining. To answer your question, samples all went out some time ago and it’s not likely another test will be launched until after we get set up in the new place. I’ll make an announcement when things are more certain.
thanks my friend
I’am eagerly awaiting production as my sample is all gone even after trying to nickel and dime it. noticed even in poor storage it seems to age similarly to old paris. Nothing dramatic seems a little more tangy and less toe cheesy. I’ll say it again sherry would go well with this base.
Does anyone know what happened with this venture?
Ah, I was just reading this thread with some excitement and then noticed the date.

Damn. The same thing did happen to me. Sad, since it seems they did not make it until the final market. Sad.
Where is Stitch ? And this metric ton of snuff

Yeah, would be interesting to know how it did turn out.

All the recent bumps got me tricked as well. Was ready to enlist myself for a sample of that metric ton of tobaco goodness. What a bummer!
@Bob mentioned black pepper snuff which inspired me to grind up some Vauen Black Pepper pipe tobacco–not bad, somewhat sweet with that complex black pepper aroma.

You made my day sir. Yeah it’s a neat scent with snuff for sure.
I went ahead and sent an email anyway… even if it was back in 09 you never know.
This is great news Stitch, and I agree that a plain tobacco snuff can be more complex As for my preference. A mediam to course grain moist nasal snuff is what I like. I also like rappee snuffs, such as S/G Black Rappee, and Wilsons’s Brunswick.
This is hugely exciting news. So excited to try new varieties, especially from this side of the Atlantic!
@tboyer @Asherael Guys, i guess you got something wrong. It seems the whole venture never came into life or we did not get any notice about it. The topic itself is from 2009.
Necropost.
