EDIT - head back from support and things moving now.
Admin are free to delete this post but I am happy to say that my throwing my toys out of the pram was for nothing

Hi there - banging my head here and unsure how to get things moving.
My last 4 orders have all been subject to some or another delays, one took around a month before being refunded, the next 2 were delayed by nearly a week and my last order has sat unfulfilled for 2 weeks with no response at all from support for a week; is there a trick to actually getting a response because this is both frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable (it happens, but EVERY one of my last 4…)
I wouldn’t mind if it was stuck in transit, but this hasn’t even made it out of the building yet and am being ignored.

Any suggestions welcome, but I just want my goods, especially as I am almost out of my Simply Snuffs after spilling my Marrakesh this morning.

Long delays is always the norm for nasal snuff ordering.

Is this not the Mr Snuff forum? It sure looks like the Mr Snuff forum and my issue is with Mr Snuff’s customer service - maybe I’m in the wrong place?

That’s my point, I have - their phone number doesn’t work, their customer service haven’t responded in a week, my order is marked as ‘Unfulfilled’ on their system (it’s not even recognised so that I might be able to alter it).
I’d have zero issues if it had made it out of the building to begin with, but it’s not even gotten that far.

Truth is there isnt anything you can do. And I imagine they will response to your emails eventually.

As to what I want from here, from you lot - I assumed perhaps that MrS’s staff might check the pages, someone might recommend a number or name to tag or even assure me that they’ve had similar experiences which came good in the end.
It’s not encouraging that their online reviews all seem to echo my experiences and I don’t know what’s changed up to around 2 months ago and all my orders seem to go in to limbo.

And if I tell you that all is gonna be okay at the end will this comfort you? lol

I am sure there is a reason for not responding to you emails and eventually they gonna reply to you man!

Also if you think they check this forum more than their own emails then go on and tag MrSnuff’s profile or message him from here.

Just dont panic.

I’m not entirely sure that waiting 2 weeks for an order and being ignored for a week by customer service is panicking, just poor customer service; which is a shame because they have so many great products to offer.

Panicking like posting here about your delay like we can do anything about it remotely lol.

Only two weeks? I had orders in the past that took 3-6 months to deliver lol
Their customer service is good bro they have always replied back to my emails! Please dont cry & just be patient. lol

Also who tf snuffs Simply Snuff snuff? thats weird… Just kidding

They took that long sat in the postal system, or sat that long unfilled in your MrS orders?

i dont remember lol They just took that long to arive. not only orders from Mrsnuff but from Toque as well.

Apologies - it was the end of my working day; I had to lock up and collect my daughter.

I’ve got love the hypocrisy though - I’m panicking because I don’t get a response in a week but I’m rude for not thanking you for whatever you think you’ve done in 30 minutes

Well, you can at least rejoice when I’m booted, this thread is deleted or I end up eating crow because everything comes through (and I will happily admit I am wrong in that case).

As a man of my word, I got a message back this morning after poking away at a previous support message.
I’ve updated the original comment here but all is good now and thanks to Nikki for their patience of dealing with me

you went from they have terrible customer service to thanking them in one day bro lol

For the record, the order was lost in their system, as was my support message (their words).
One of the items in my order was out of stock but available to buy - so the order sat unfulfilled.

I still say they have room for improvement regarding their stock issues but after poking a previous email chain, things jumped in to action and I had to give credit where it was due.
