Hi there - banging my head here and unsure how to get things moving.
My last 4 orders have all been subject to some or another delays, one took around a month before being refunded, the next 2 were delayed by nearly a week and my last order has sat unfulfilled for 2 weeks with no response at all from support for a week; is there a trick to actually getting a response because this is both frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable (it happens, but EVERY one of my last 4âŚ)
I wouldnât mind if it was stuck in transit, but this hasnât even made it out of the building yet and am being ignored.
Any suggestions welcome, but I just want my goods, especially as I am almost out of my Simply Snuffs after spilling my Marrakesh this morning.
Is this not the Mr Snuff forum? It sure looks like the Mr Snuff forum and my issue is with Mr Snuffâs customer service - maybe Iâm in the wrong place?
Thatâs my point, I have - their phone number doesnât work, their customer service havenât responded in a week, my order is marked as âUnfulfilledâ on their system (itâs not even recognised so that I might be able to alter it).
Iâd have zero issues if it had made it out of the building to begin with, but itâs not even gotten that far.
As to what I want from here, from you lot - I assumed perhaps that MrSâs staff might check the pages, someone might recommend a number or name to tag or even assure me that theyâve had similar experiences which came good in the end.
Itâs not encouraging that their online reviews all seem to echo my experiences and I donât know whatâs changed up to around 2 months ago and all my orders seem to go in to limbo.
Iâm not entirely sure that waiting 2 weeks for an order and being ignored for a week by customer service is panicking, just poor customer service; which is a shame because they have so many great products to offer.
Panicking like posting here about your delay like we can do anything about it remotely lol.
Only two weeks? I had orders in the past that took 3-6 months to deliver lol
Their customer service is good bro they have always replied back to my emails! Please dont cry & just be patient. lol

Iâve got love the hypocrisy though - Iâm panicking because I donât get a response in a week but Iâm rude for not thanking you for whatever you think youâve done in 30 minutes
Well, you can at least rejoice when Iâm booted, this thread is deleted or I end up eating crow because everything comes through (and I will happily admit I am wrong in that case).
