A bit of an update to my last post regarding the problems I had making an order with Mr Snuff two days ago.

Given that they dispatch orders quite quickly, I thought it reasonable that they would reply to someone who had made an order, had the money taken out of their account, yet did not get the automated email one gets to confirm the order, plus I want the tracking number once they post items. However, they seem completely uninterested in replying to my enquirers even after 4 emails.

As I say, they are quick to dispatch orders, so are obviously there, but just will not get back to me. What’s going on with them?

Too busy and/or understaffed, would be my guess. Perhaps checking the mail once a week or so, too.

In my experience, it’s generally around a working week between placing an order and getting an update - orders in my account are usually marked as pending for days and it’s usually 2-3 days for me to receive my parcel on the UK mainland; turnaround is usually a bit quicker if there is a tip at checkout, funnily enough.
Customer support is poor though, at least in my experience - I guess they don’t have try when they carry so many exclusives.

On mrsnuff.com under order status you get the tracking link. Just found it.
