devilock76, couple of weeks ago I reported about my friends first order from Notherner which was late. He sent 2 mails to which he received no replies. I then sent them a mail, telling them about my embarrassment because I introduced my friend to them. They promptly replied to me, asking me to confirm my friend’s address. A second package was mailed to him which he received within 8 days. They also included some free tins although they were not at fault because the “lost” package turned up 3 weels later.
I understand, things happen, but for the site to show no update to my order and not even an email reply to two polite correspondences is discouraging. Ken
I received an email confirmation that my order has been shipped today. This makes me feel better. Figured I would update the topic. Ken

i love their reviews, nicotine content and descriptions… hope they get their shipping faster cuz 3 weeks from PA without response isn’t something i’ll sign up for again 
I am going to wait to place my next order till after some of the PACT smoke and dust settles, before I make such an opinion. I mean let’s face it if PACT holds as it stands they are one of the few names in the game right now, that and most users report very positive experiences with them. Thankfully I am not a huge snus user at this time. I tend to use it while driving/motorcycling and that is about it. Ken
yeah from pa it takes about two days for me. Then again if I had a car I’d see if I could drive to the factory.
If you don’t mind ordering from Sweden Buysnus & Snuscentral are not affected by PACT/over-aggressive expansion and are dependable.
I might try them next time. The package is scheduled for delivery today. I don’t snus alll that often so these couple of tins should last me a good month +. Ken
Anyone know a place in Iowa to buy snus? Iowa has decided to disallow shipping of smokeless tobacco into or out of the state. I am going to go crazy. I might have to enlist someone elsewhere for a little illicit reshipping.

I know this is an old thread but I have had issues with every of the four orders I have placed but they have always replyed eventually but its still only 6 days from first order so will keep you all informed because I’m worried that they are not reliable at getting there products to there customers
Never had any issues with Northerner back when I lived in Massachusetts. My only qualm is that I though the shipping was a little expensive when compared to Mr. Snuff. However, now that I live in Arizona I have the issue of that company not being able to ship to my current address.
I stopped using the northerner. Mainly because when I’ve had problems lately they’ve been terrible about getting back to me or even answering my questions to satisfaction. Snuscentral is my new one. The one time I had a problem which was minor they got it fixed right away and properly.
Well I have gone balls deep with northerner now and have 4 orders on the way wonder how long it will take for them all to get here should start arriving Thursday so let’s see

no- snus is illegal to sell in the EU (except certain places). its legal to buy, i bought it regularly and im in the UK, shipped to my address. @taken_with_a_pinch what were the circumstances of you trying to use them? had you already made an order up? some specific products cant be shipped to the UK.
It specifically states on their website which products they can ship to the EU (I think I tried to order Thunder) - it’s only stuff from Swedish Match they won’t ship. The site just kept reporting an error in the address fields, which of course there wasn’t… :-w …Any way, problem solved - just ordered some Thunder Chew (all 3 varieties, from Mr. Snuff =D> )

Did anyone lately has experience delays on delivery from Northerner? the route is USA Warehouse to EU, parcel shipped from 2/28/14 and nothing yet, also the shipping without Tracking Number is CHAOS…
