As far as menthol L frikkin 260. My nose can never stay congested when I use it.
I can only agree with the previously mentioned Hedges L260, Radfords (big tin) and Red Bull as suggestions for very strong menthols - particularly Hedges, which is the Godfather of uber-menthol!
J&H Wilsons Medicated no99 is an excellent strong menthol snuff too, although not quite as strong as the ones already listed.
Wilsons also do some great strong menthols… Menthol Plus packs a hefty menthol punch… for my taste I prefer the ‘menthols with another scent’ from Wilsons, like the gorgeous Honey Menthol, Cherry Menthol, and the delightfully moreish Vanilla Ice.

I wondered about that too, since it’s such a new product, maybe they just wanted us to wonder… Is tasty for sure, better than I anticipated…
@jpsks - Hedges and Vanilla Ice sounds like a nice mix, I may give that a try. I got a couple more tins of Vanilla Ice last week.
As for the name - I would imagine that at least some people at Wilsons and Co. were aware of it having the same name as the rap bloke, maybe they even joked about it…?! but just went with it anyway, as the vanilla and cooling menthol does make it quite ice creamy.
Just topped up a half empty tin of top mill with McC’s highland ice. It’s a belter. You get a big menthol hit, then it mellows down to a respectable SP.
