Your suggestion turned into somewhat of an odd thread @Snuffbox.
I haven’t tried Toque’s Lime toast yet, but it’s on the list.

I agree with you @spyder but then again as I remember it all the threads back then were odd. Crazy wild bunch of guys and some real snuffing experts. I miss a lot of the old crew. I hope they’re all well.
Funny how my tastes have changed, reading the old posts. I got away from toasts and mostly prefer strong menthols or coarse, moist grinds these last years but if you like toasts Roderick’s W&H is right up there with the very best of them. Fresh, it’s a real mind-blower. I think the Lime turned out well and so did the lime menthol.
One of the neat things about the snuffing business is how accessible the manufacturers are and how open they are to suggestions and feedback.
The formatting here is so bizarre! Half the posts are sliced and diced no matter how normal they look in the editor.
Currently alternating Toque Spearmint with Toque Peppermint. One would normally expect the Peppermint to pack more of a punch… but not so with these two. To my nostrils, they’re neck & neck, and mix wonderfully.
Almond Toast - surely the most seamless toast / dessert crossover ever created. And I’m finding myself chain-snuffing large portions of Whiskey & Honey (regular). I know people have mentioned this regarding the USA counterpart (which is in the mail), but this stuff is extremely moorish.
You want to confuse your brain try crazy george. You cannot for the world give it a proper review. Mostly every tin has a different mix of toque snuff.
Indeed basement_shaman, and it seems like every time I bring it back into the rotation, I get something different. Blueberry one shift, coffee/mint the next…
In addition to a large selection, great prices and even better customer service Toque is the only manufacturer, that I know of, that will work with you to make your own bespoke (custom) snuff. This is truly made to order not just special branding applied to existing snuffs.
My Toque bespoke, Peanut Butter Toast, is my all day every day snuff and I hope Roderick never stops offering this service because I would be very sad if I could not get it anymore.
Thank you Toque!
Peanut Butter Toast sounds amazing. Unfortunately I can’t risk the 500g minimum order to get it to me, the customs bill would be way too harsh.
There would probably be enough demand for peanut butter toast that Roderick wouldn’t be stuck with much leftover…
@crullers It is amazing, the peanut butter scent and the toast go together very well. PM me, I will send out a small sample, I don’t have much left so I’ll need to order another batch soon.
That’s a very kind offer @Bodger_Boggins. PM sent.
So my W&H USA arrived last Thursday (together with 12 other untried Toques), and although I’ve not had a chance to test it properly, my initial impressions are definitely favourable. I could sense an ‘above the usual’ urge to redose - more so than the original W&H - but I didn’t find the nic content at all overpowering. It IS a bit fiendish I.E. more than ‘morish’, but I find many Toque’s to be so, regardless of nic content! Am looking forward to spending a bit more time with it… Edit: as a sidenote, I’d like to express my appreciation of Toque’s exemplary customer service and lightening speed shipping times
Ordered my first ever shipment from Toque and expecting it in the mail this afternoon. Excitement is not the word. Having read in depth many of these threads I think I’m in for a treat. I have been an on and off snuffer for 3 years but planning to kick the fags for good this weekend. I look forward to trying all ten of them in a few hours especially the Spanish Gem. Don’t smoke snuff Toque, well lets hope so anyway.
Good luck beating the smokes @Micah1209!
Toque does some really good stuff, for sure. And like others have said, Lime Toast is great and no one does an authentic fruit snuff quite like Toque (grapefruit was one of those “life changing” snuffs for me).
I’ll tell you what, though…for me, the absolute best Toque offering is the original Whiskey and Honey (others have mentioned it, too). I don’t do menthol, and WH has still had that “soothing” effect when I’m a little under the weather. It’s sweet but not cloying, whiskey scented but not overbearing. More than any other Toque, though, I think it’s a case where the specific scents are perfectly complementary to the base tobacco.
Toque Quit is a great snuff, I just hate the name (I’m not quitting, I just don’t smoke cigarettes). Violet is the only floral I like. Spanish Gem is rightly celebrated. SP Extra is a great, classical SP. I’ve more or less given up trying new Toque snuffs, I’m just lazy and happy with the ones I’ve found. Oh, Peppermint is a good menthol, but I usually cut it down to size substantially by mixing it with Quit. Oh, and honorable mentions to Vanilla, Chocolate and Pomegranate.
Toque Black Cherry just arrived and reminds me alot of Ozona Cherry, excellent sweet snuff.
@Micah1209 good luck on quitting the cigs. I quit over 3 years ago with snuff and snus and for me it was very easy. If you get the urge to smoke just do a few successive pinches of Quit or another higher nic snuff. Really the hardest part was the habit type things, like instinctively reaching for a smoke when I got in the car, not the craving part. If you have any questions just jump in and ask, this is the best forum on the net IMO.
@nulliverse regarding the almond toast on the front of the nose, I get a nice marzipan scent also.
