My Toque order arrived today!

Wow!! Today I am the happiest man on earth. When I came in my house this morning, my mail box was full: it was my Toque order, placed just three or four working days ago, so it has arrived in record time. (For all of you to know, Spanish postal service is not one of the best in the world). I opened it, almost with shaking hands, lol:), and for the next hour or so I was in heaven: these snuffs are simply delicious! I still haven´t tried all of them, just three or four: of course, Spanish Gem has been one of them. Thanks, Roderick, here you have a happy customer.

Please let us know the other flavors you’ve ordered and tried. I’m going to order Toque’s menthol for the first time and hope it will be my regular. As far as I’m concerned, Toque makes the best toast and SP.

My Toque order includes: Apricot, Cherry, Chocolate, Coke, Original, Peppermint, Quit, Spanish Gem, Vanilla, Whisky & Honey and Espresso, along with several metal and acrylic bullets. As you can see, I think it is a beginner´s choice: lots of good flavors. I love menthol, but in my short experience, it makes my nose run like a faucet, so I am staying away from mentholated snuff for the time being. Well, perhaps I should have a pinch or two a day. I am no expert in snuff but, in my humble opinion, this is good snuff. I have tried the following: Vanilla: sweet, smooth in the nose. Apricot: very well done flavor. It´s very, very similar to real apricots. Spanish Gem: I don´t know how to describe it. Perhaps too complex for me to understand the different flavors in it yet, but it´s very, very good. Chocolate: just that, choc flavor, easy to sniff, and sweet. These four I have been sniffing all day, and my nose is not runny at all.

You must, must, MUST try the Coke chilled at some point. Did I mention you must?

The Spanish gem is my absolute favorite! Im glad you like it as well. It gets even better after its aired out a bit. And i agree with Carol, she turned me on to chilling the coke snuff and its amazing like that (its not bad warm either but better cold imo) and tastes like a real cola. Whiskey and honey is also amazing. You picked some damn good flavor choices for the first order.

@ Carol, I have just gone down to the fridge, and my Toque Coke is now getting ready to be tried very chilled. I´ll let you know how much I like it. @ Huskbuntu, I agree with you, they are pretty damn good flavors! I have been reading all over the Internet, getting information about this new habit of mine, and I think Toque snuffs in general are regarded as some of the best ones, in league with really old and well-stablished companies which have been making snuff for centuries. Besides, this forum has been a wealth of information. I am now on holiday (for all of you to know, in Spain, we teachers have two months of holidays), so I have had a lot of time to read new and old threads.

got my order today as well: lime toast, peanut butter, peppermint, chocolate, and toffee…dang guess i have a sweet tooth…lol…tried a pinch of all at some point today but keep going back to the peppermint…never had menthol snuff yet so this peppermint is fun being able to ‘feel’ where it’s going in ur noise…very refreshing…are menthol flavors about the same or more intense? i’ve had coke for a few a weeks and i’ll be putting it in the frig as soon as i hit ‘add your comments’ button  thanks for the tip

I should get my order tomorrow and i ordered both blueberry menthol and peppermint. I wasn’t keen on the Ozona menthols so i didn’t order the Toque ones first. The Ozona ones stuffed up my nose real bad, but i want to give a Toque menthol a shot. I dont think its more intense nicotine wise for the menthol but it made my eyes water from a big blast of the Ozona. I also cant wait to try the peppermint, I’m glad you like it. SP Extra to me is an intense snuff from Toque. It has an almost icy feel to it without menthol from the bergamot oil scent. Its also got more nicotine than the average snuff. Also Mickeltrue, you have some good ones for mixing! You could make a chocolate toffee bar, peanut chocolate bar or a chocolate covered mint snuff with those  I do that with my chocolate and peanut butter mix half and half in a metal bullet and give it a good shake, works real nice.

@bipolarbear: My opinion is somewhat insufficient (I have yet to try any other brand than Toque and Poschl), but Toque Menthol is delicious and really mentholy  You should try it! I also believe that Peppermint has made it to absolute perfection. I simply love the smell you get after maybe 5 minutes of two big pinches in your nose, when the basic flavour is gone. Strong tobbaco-y smell with that delicious sweet something that is present in Toque Peppermint. Anything that could potencionally beat it would be Spearmint and I only have to hope that it will be released some day.

Thanks JakubM. Just what I wanted to hear. Toque’s spearmint ala Crumbs of Comfort would be great.

@JakubM I agree, the peppermint is my favourite toque-superb.
