Thank you. Today i feel a little bit good after taking lots of medicine 
Every five minutes if I am stationary and every thirty minutes if I am mobile. If I am sleeping and wake up I have a select handful I will grab a pinch from which puts me back to sleep.
I’m trying to make it every hour, one great big pinch because it’s more enjoyable with a bit of a wait. The way my habit was going I was slowly disappearing under a brown cloud. Apparently, Charles Darwin got to the point where he kept his snuff at his neighbours to try and ease back on his runaway useage. That said, I’ve taken two pinches writing this 
I always find it funny that it was his snuff habit he found bothersome his opium habit he was cool with. Darwin that is.
Yep, they didn’t recognise it as a real problem unless you let it destroy you, but everyday opium eating seemed to be just what some gentlemen did, and why not I have to say. I don’t know if it’s still there but his diaries and more interestingly his son’s were all online. His son has lots of little snuff anecdotes and some stuff about his health. It seems likely he was riddled with various parasites from his time in South America, although I don’t think medical science at the time recognised it. Hence lots of opium. In that respect not much has changed if you have a lot of pain.

Time limit is very challenging but more enjoyable. At work i can only pinch 50 minute periods but hard to wait the breaks.
At times I will chain and then hours may go by without a pinch.
^this Sometimes I’ll go a day or so without any. USUALLY I’ll do one first thing in the morning, and then once an hour or so… sometimes more- but for the most part I keep some sort of snuff in my nose all day.
I’ll take a few pinches… almost every day.
I pinched as often as possible when in Rome. I tried it in London and was sternly warned by the police. When not in Rome I suggest pinching and moving away quickly, preferably while wearing a reversible jacket with a cap in the pocket.
