I just tried out the fingernail method that the guy in the video was using on some RnR.  It just powered a ton of it in my nose, but surprisingly that huge amount didn’t burn, or even get into my throat.  It still amazes me that big - huge pinches are so much easier to take than little ones.

It varies a lot, sometimes I will chain-snuff, but I’ll also go hours without any and not even notice it. Snuff seems like a much less compulsive habit than smoking. In fact I’d say all smokeless tobacco is like that. When I was a smoker I felt like I “needed” one every hour, if not more, but with snuff I don’t crave like I used to.

5,4,3,2,1 Now! I pinch every time I have a free hand or a reflecting moment. It could be as quick as every 5 min (or less) or as long as maybe an hour. Damn, now I’m going to have to check but it will be enjoyable

at work i pinch every 50 minutes at home it changes how long the scent lasts. Pinch varies between 1 to 6.

I have found that a pinch after some intimate relations is pretty damn good. Also, I should stop pinching before I drink tea, the steam just doesn’t gel right with my nose.

at the moment i am ill and i pinch/tap mentholated snuffs every 5-10 minutes to keep my nose open
