Do you blow your nose, before taking another pinch ?

I blow my nose almost everytime.

I usually do, as well. I’ve accumulated quite an assortment of hankies, as I snuff all day, every day (and when I wake up at night).

I do not blow my nose before each pinch. If I feel like my nose is running or full, I will give things a clearing by blowing things out. Otherwise, I use a saline spray and clean out with a steaming hot shower.
