Do you blow your nose before each time you snuff, or you just keep packing it in? edm

I blow mine frequently can’t seem to stop if I wanted to, others rarely blow at all. Will this be my first out of context quote?

Might be too late to edit that now! I don’t blow every time I snuff but after it builds up a while I find I have to. My nose kinda tells me when. It also depends on the snuff I’m taking; some make me blow more frequently. Boy, that all sounds bad. Better keep it all in context, that’s all I’m saying.

I blow my nose when I switch to a new snuff.

I dont blow, I rub the inside with my thumb and it gets the old snuff out.

It depends. If I am stuffed up some then I blow first or at least try to. Sometimes you get that airtight, rock hard goop that you could blow so hard your eyeballs fly out and nothing comes out. for that I deeply inhale me a nice big hit of Sparrow Cool or Dholak White and everything opens right up

The answer to your question is no and no. I definitely don’t blow every snuff. However I don’t keep packing it in either. If I’m stuffed up or feel discomfort in my nose I blow, otherwise I don’t. Beyond that, I rely on the steam in the shower. It seems to do the trick.

I tend to exacuate my nose when it runs really bad or when i switch varieties. I also use a neti b4 bed…works wonders. The next day is like a whole new suffapalooza!

I also like a good blow. But with my wife in hospital I will just have to live without.

Neti pots used daily do work wonders. I use one every morning before showering; it’s the shower for my nose!

i’ve got the neilmed sinus rinse…wait for it…the harder u squeeze, the harder it blows! And yes, very easily washable! ; )

I blow my nose AFTER I snuff. Not always. However, I have found that if you blow your nose BEFORE snuffing, your nose will be moist in all the right places.

Depends what Im using; the drier the snuff the less I blow. If I was just on HDT I could probably go all day. I believe it enters my cranium and coats my brain (quite a bit of room in there) because I never see much of it again.
