We just discovered an error on the ‘contact us’ form on MrSnuff. My sincere apologies to anybody who has tried to contact us over the past 2 weeks or so. If you have not received a reply it means that Andrea did not receive your email. I say that with 100% confidence. Andrea stays on top of emails very effectively. Usually you will receive a reply within a couple of hours (sometimes even a couple of minutes). She NEVER ignores emails, even the nasty ones! If you do not receive a reply with 2 business days then for sure she did not receive your message. Please PM me here if you have any further problems. Many thanks, Dave
