Has anyone had any problems with MrSnuff? I find it impossible to get a reponse from them. It seems as though everyone is asleep there and given the smallness of the snuff community, as opposdd to cigarette smokers, I find this sort of laxness ridiculous.

NEVER with the company. Only their suppliers. Dave, Andrea and Patrick have all been exemplary.

I received an order and Andrea emailed me twice today.

The only difficulty I had was when I didn’t realise their responses were being inadvertently diverted to my junk mail folder. Maybe this is what’s happening in your case?

I agree–Andrea has always been right on the ball for me. She was extremely helpful when my financial institution recently decided to stop ALL processing of credit card orders from outside of the U.S.

You the contact us option on the site when you’re logged in and they will get back to you. I have never had a problem getting a response. You can send a PM to MrSnuff on here too if you want.

Well, in general, im having difficulty using the site, as in my browser doesnt like it or their site hates me (which may well be). I sent a missive to them usng the order notes, no reply, as I was being charged for a prismaster that was suposdd to be free. I guess I’ll just eat the 3.95.

@saucy_jack‌ It sounds like your challenges are on your end, technologically. I contact Andrea frequently via email and she gets back to me within minutes to answer questions, resolve issues or just to keep me informed. You may need to add her to your contacts list so her emails don’t get sent to Spam purgatory. You won’t find a better angel to take care of you. She’s the greatest, IMHO. Sainthood would be beneath her (ten rosaries and ten decades of Hail Mary’s. At each of the Stations of the Cross). Keep trying. Snuff isn’t easy to come by these days. Cheers

It wouldn’t be true to say that no-one’s had problems with MrSnuff. There have been a few reports of technological and logistical issues, although the vast majority of orders go smoothly. However, you can be sure that they will make every effort to treat you right and that if they don’t respond to a message, it’s because they didn’t receive it. Whatever channel you’re trying, try another one instead. You may somehow be sending to an inactive email address or something like that. It’s happened before.

So far they’ve responded to me about good snuffs they recommend, then they emailed me once more that there was a problem with payment which we corrected, and then emailed me again to let me know that it will be shipped shortly. Their communication is excellent

I got my snuff, dumped in a bag, haphazardly. I was amazed the contents weren’t obliterated. No response whatsoever save for a shipped notice email. I feel like ground control trying to contact major Tom but the circuits dead, there’s something wrong. Ill still order from them - just cant figure out how they mised my oreder comments.

Same thing happened to me with my vaporzone order. Hoping mr snuff will make it just fine

Dumped in a bag! Haphazardly?!?!? Good grief! The nerve of those people! It’s a good thing you ordered ground tobacco from them, and not a Faberge egg! I daresay those rascally derelicts at MrSnuff will one day have their comeupance! Then they shall rue the day they packaged your order haphazardly!!

But, in any case I am satisfied with Mr. Snuff Since the America/mail/tobacco crises Im an anxious orderer, I’m afraid. We’ve spoken and all is well.

Andrea is the best.

Still luckily have not had to deal with Andrea. I’m just lucky that way.
