@Jari T: I was just basing it on the taste when you drop a little into a pipe you are smoking. I guess my taster is not as good as I thought. Try a pinch in a lit pipe if you like latakia blends. Gives it a nice kick of flavour.
I just went searching for Jaapās confirmation that thereās no Latakia in his Latakia snuff -and found it on page one of this thread :o)

@pauljmuk (and others) can we talk about the boxes a bit? having only gotten a smashbox of this (but already loving it and seriously considering getting bigger quantities, at least in the 25g form that MrSnuff has) what about the boxes? what are peopleās experiences with them/this? I really prefer whenever possible to leave snuff in its original packaging (on a hope that the snuffmakers know better than I what their snuff will keep in, and mainly, because I just donāt have the containage to relocate much of anything bigger than 2 oz) Also @micheltn (and others) how about it if it does dry out? I really love it as it, but lets say the boxes do stink and/or its going to inevitably dry out like moist snuffs are inclined to doā¦ it is still okay? Anybody had this in a really dried out form and found it to be still good? I normally only have dry snuffs on my āto bulk upā list but this one could seriously be a contender and make me violate that ruleā¦ especially if its still sniff-able as a dry (also micheltn ā I havenāt intentionally left it open because Iām really liking it as is plus it may have dried a tiny bit on its own already ā sampler-style pillbox smash-boxes are a bit notorious for not truly snapping shut for me when I think they have and then I look and find the darn things sitting on my desk wide open I have some sort of extra hard time prying them open then getting them to agree to actually close). with all this in mind, Iām hoping (very optimistically Iāll admit) that a dry A/P experience is somehow just as good but just ādifferentā than a super moist experience. Iāve never really considered trying to bulk up on a moist (other than buying maybe 3 or so NTSU or Taxies at a time and just hoping heh), anybody ever done this? Anybody know where I even could buy this in real bulk (250, 450 etc)?

The De Kralingse boxes are like tapboxes on steroids. I like them even though I usually detest tappers. I think they are neat. And now all of Jaapās snuffs are available in 100g tubs. So even if you have to buy one here and there, there is no reason not to get these amazing Dutch gems.

Iāve been working up a bulk order from Jaap in my head. Iām trying to keep it under a certain price, but none of the snuffs I have chosen have volunteered to leave the list. When I take these snuffs, I just pop the top off the dispenser and squeeze my fingers in for a pinch. Its easier than tapping. If Iām putting them away for awhile, I seal the seam with electrical tape.
i wasnāt able to see a menu or prices, just two pictures of canisters without even names (I use firefox, maybe its a bug?), but (after a major completely non-snuff-related distraction) I have finally emailed.

That ā¬ is the symbol for Eurosā¦ Ā£ is pounds sterling. God knows what $ is
