Why Panic? MrSnuff says...

I found it: SEC 3 Para (4) CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS (B)(ii)(VII) that no person may initiate more than 10 mailings described in subparagraph (A) during any 30-day period

I don’t think UPS or Fed Ex should be much of a problem. I used to order grey market stuff through them all the time, and it worked fine. Remember, you can use those padded envelopes instead of boxes for smaller orders. Getsnus charges $4.95 for UPS orders up to $50, and offers free shipping above that, so if you’re doing serious business with them, it seems like they cut you some slack. Also, it’s been my experience that age verification packages always come later in the day, and UPS is notoriously lax about it anyway. I just got a snus order via UPS today that was left at my apartment office, despite it saying “adult signature required” but I know the driver. The amount of parcels that are shipped every day is beyond comprehension, and I still think they’re going to have their eye out for bulk cigarette purchases mainly if this Act passes. At any rate, you have my unqualified support. I hope all US snuffer realize that it’s essential to support US retailers,even if it bumps up the cost of an order by a few dollars. Snuff will still be by far the cheapest tobacco product even in high tax states like Texas.

Thanks, Xander. I don’t know how I managed to overlook that! There are so many holes and exceptions in this bill, it’s astonishing.

All my snuff orders have been with Tom, Dave or Roderick. Except one from snuffstore. I’ll continue to support Dave, even if shipping costs a bit more. I’ll just buy more at once. The government wants to stop USPS mailings of tobacco, they can’t even stop mailings of pot. I saw an article a few days back about how much pot is mailed in the US. All they can track is what they catch. How many more hundreds, thousands, of pounds do they miss?

I work 8-5 M-F, and I think I could get packages delivered to work. But for those that can’t, I think one can go to UPS and pick them up.

One of the fixes that people always somehow find to some prohabition is the medicanal side of things. With alchool their was medicinal whiskey, medical marijuana, morphine. Do you think maybe if it sold as allergy medicine (I’am really only half joking about this idea, I think someone might get the hint and possibly figure something grander out.) Oh yeah another neat alchool one where the amazing grape cakes. You could buy from the former winerys dehyradted pressed cakes of grapes. They came with a warning telling you to under no circumstance to allow for the specficly described process of turning them into wine. Warning if you were to add yeast and let it sit in this type of container (that we also sell) for this amount of time in this condition you’ll have to throw this product away because you’ve turned it into wine and of course you wouldn’t want to accidently have wine since that’s illegal now. Oh yeah the cakes were “intended for making that much sought after thing grape juice”.

WARNING: It is a violation of federal law to intentionally take this delicious-smelling powder, finely ground to a silky texture and delicately scented with the essence of bergamot, pinch into a small portion between thumb and forefinger, and release into the nostrils to experience the sheer joy and euphoria that is snufftaking. You better not.

pretty much

I’ll vouch for the medicinal properties of snuff. I haven’t had a sinus infection or a cold since I started taking snuff 18 months ago. This from a guy who used to get 2-3 bad colds/flus a year.

I’ll vouch for it too. I haven’t had hemorrhoids for years.

@bigmick I’ve noticed the same for myself. Hesitate commenting on it to avoid jinxing the it. This is the first winter I’ve gone through in years where I’ve not had the usual 2 or 3 sinus colds/infections. It’s also the first entire Fall/Winter where I’ve been snusing and snuffing! Coincidence? Hope not

I wish I could say the same!

@cstokes And here all this time I thought it was supposed to go either under the lip or in the nose (-;

I would always get a terrible allergic reaction while mowing the grass or doing any extensive gardening. Now I take a couple of pinches of snuff before I begin, maybe have another during a break. Result: no more allergic fits. As miners discovered a long time ago, it truly does work!

Snuff allows me to preform my job without being overtly rude… Since the retarded hordes of foul jackassery smell like walking human sewers. I just load my nose with packards club etc and go about my business in the sea of 4 buck chunks and french bathed morons.

Thanks for the reassurance. Makes me feel much better about the future of you business. Hope it all works out!
