and i barely took any snuff at work today. Mostly took sniffs of Irish 22 which i guess i left in my car.

I really don’t need to have this much snuff with me, but you never knw what may happen right? Better safe than snuffless.

Simple, going in a circle clockwise from the left pocket: phone, keys & Toque Coltsfoot, wallet. Squeezed into some old pants and no room for anything else!

Nothing in my waistband as my closest neighbor is 1/2 a mile away. I have a lot of black powder guns, civil war style, that I used to shoot a lot. Nothing in my pocket either, but a fresh tin of WoS Matador and my black cat sitting on the bed.

380 in my right pocket, Toque Toast & Marm in the right, practicing with my competition pistols for my match tomorrow night

Burt’s Bees, a snuff box of Toque Lime Toast and a smash box of Hedges L 250 in my left pocket.

Keys and a Case pocket knife in my right.

Back pocket has a wallet.

I have an older eight-shot Tarus .357 Mag (that is usually my “vehicle gun”) in a bag I carry to work.

I live in a tiny northern New Mexico village (roughly 200 folks), but the highway that passes through has an estimated 1.8 million folks pass through each year.  That’s ALOT of traffic and they are all tourists from Texas and Oklahoma having a good time and partying pretty hard.  I believe in better safe than sorry, so I’m habitually armed.

Like many New Mexicans, I went to University in Texas.  Texas is a GREAT place: good food, good music, and beautiful women.

I’ve only been road-raged against twice in my life.  Both times were in the last few years, both times were retired Texas cops, and both times they threatened to shoot me.

Both incidents started the same:  a texas truck driving 25 to 30 mph in a 60 zone, then doing 75 or more in a straightaway passing zone so I can’t pass.  Eventually I illegally passed, and watched them disappear in my rearview, only to have them show up miles later and pass me at 100mph plus on a long flat zone.  Both times they cut me off, slammed on their breaks, and than haul their 250-300lb asses outta their trucks, yell at me from a beet red face that looked like it was about to have a stroke, show me a texas badge that was stamped “retired”, then say that they wanted to shoot me.

The first time i drove around him on the shoulder and  he tailgated me to a post office in a neighboring village where I knew there were two cameras.  The dude showed me a badge, and was waving a .380 auto around.  I pointed out the cameras to him, and then when the postmistress came out I called her by name and asked her to call the State Troopers.  He tore outta that parking lot and I hope he’s in jail now.

By the second time this happened I was habitually carrying pistols on me.  The second dude that tried this just about ran me off the road about two miles from my village.  Same same… retired texas cop that probably hadn’t seen his dick in thirty years screaming at me he was gonna shoot me, except this time the dude didn’t have a gun in his hand and he was just in a t-shirt and shorts.  I pulled my .357 mag on him and had him lift his shirt by the back of the collar and turn around slowly.  No gun I could see, so I had him sit on the other side of the road.

His wife got out of the truck and started crying.  Boy, I felt bad for her.  She told him this is why the Judge made him do anger management.  I asked her about guns in the truck and she told me there were two pistols and a shotgun in the truck.  I made her sit by him away from the truck.  She was crying and he was visibly trying to calm down so I told him I didn’t have many options.  I could either call the State Troopers, or take his keys and throw them down the embankment into the bushes.  She begged me not to get him in trouble… she said he’s trying.

LOL.

I truly have no idea why women stay with angry or violent men.

Anyway I took the keys and threw them down the hillside into bushes and drove home… my car went into my garage that day.

Let’s see what I’ll be loading up my pockets with this morning… Front right pocket: Emerson mini commander, Victorinox Pioneer, wee Fenix flashlight, Chapstick. Right rear pocket: handkerchief, usually an ESEE Izula but it needs to be cleaned and sharpened so it’s staying home today. Left rear: wallet. Front left: phone, box of Six Photo Motia. Left jacket handwarmer pocket: keys. On my back: school backpack (collegiate scholar) with books, a can of snus, pens, pencils, calculator, erasers, a multi-tool, larger flashlight (Convoy s2+ recently), chargers, etc. Around my neck: simple hammered iron pentacle amulet. I carry a G19 w/Ameriglo tritium sights and SIG 147gr defensive rounds either at 3:30 on the waist or off body with a spare magazine in my left pocket wherever and whenever I am legally permitted to. Hope and pray to whatever gods there may be that I never have to use it. I live in an area that isn’t unsafe, but there have been a lot of ne’erdowells skulking about for longer than I’ve lived here.

As most women I don’t really use my pockets. I just throw everything in my handbag. Listing all the stuff in there would take ages xDD But I always have a can of Epok Tropic Breeze in the front
