Blue Thumb Snuff, my strongest homemade so far.

I traumatized my thumb while grinding the leaves with that wooden potato masher, hence the name for this batch. Nothing serious, though, it’s getting brighter now, but I’ll go electrical next time. Need to clean my coffee grinder

Paul Gotard White Caffinated. So this is some wild weird stuff. Apart from the resemblance to hard drugs it has the same after-funk as the rest of the Paul Gotards. So is the funky, dholakia-like after aroma part of the snuff, or how it was stored at MrSnuff? All of my Paul Gotards have this same funk. They are in tap boxes and all the tap boxes were loose, so open to influence from adjacent aromas. It doesnt make sense to me that the tobacco-free snuff has the same, undesirable scent. Smells like body odor once the added scenting fades

@ar47 There were quite a few guesses that Paul Gotard was manufactured by more than one company - some snuffs are (or used to be, I’m not sure if this brand is still alive) produced by Dholakia and some by WoS. I’m not familiar with PG myself, just read a thread or two on it. A smell of “wet coat” was noted here: http://snuffhouse.com/discussion/10866/paul-gotard-s-snuff , though their exclusive (limited) edition glass-bottled snuffs were reviewed as superior. By the way, someone somewhere mentioned PG Fruit Mix bearing resemblance to Packard’s Club. Do you get any similar notes there?

Having a pinch of my tonka-scented Blue Thumb now.

I combined Toque Natural, Bernard Virginnie, and fubar. I’m surprised mixture worked on first attempt. It gave a nice burn, and big kick. Woody, earthy, and lil leathery in aroma.

Different the day traveling in Florida and loving SWS Havana Toast @volunge wet coat resonates with me regarding the Paul Gotard lingering after-funk, plus a measure of sweat. I’d love to try the glass version to see if they’re different, because like I mentioned I’m a fan of the added scenting just not the base. As for resemblance to Packard’s Club… after over 10 tins of it I still can’t figure out what PC is supposed to smell like. PG Mix Fruit is more fruity and less medicated.
