Viking ISS - surprised by this one i got it as a gift
darkest menthol snuff i tried so far with the tobacco similar to the dark snuffs of samuel gawiths and freybourg & treyer which for me go in direction of latakia.
the menthol is not able to overpower the strong tobacco aroma, really nice!
edit: the mentholisation of this one completely smells like tiger balm!

Leftover of Pure Clove snuff, consisting of McChrystal’s Vintage Velvet, Star Gazer and Mulled Magic, mixed with McChrystal’s Sunset just to shut up that Annoying Apricot. A success.
Never ever buy these cellophaned minor tins, they are faaar worse than infamous black tap boxes.

@baconpete i have no clue but it was called only “menthol” before the name change and the description says traditional sp style dark fired virginnia tobacco strongly mentholated. standing out amongst other menthol snuffs in how its done. completely reminds me of tiger balm with light ammonia in the back (from the tin) and typical dark fire cured tobacco aroma. it has less of a nasal cooling effect but i notice it opening up the lower airways. a very easy sniff with rather coarse grind and a lot of oil/moisture. first thing in the nose are some light flowery sp style notes which get overtaken quick by the oil and tobacco aroma which manages to stay.
