For what I remember Strasbourg was a SP snuff, medium grind, and with floral aromas and maybe a bit of spices. I have not tried Royal George so I can’t compare…
The distinctive quality of this snuff was that being a SP style it did not have prominent citric notes, the flowery aromas were more dominant.
It seems that it went out of production when Wilsons reduced their range around 2017
