WoS Confusion

I am really wanting some of this, as it’s my favorite scent in the world. But not available. Does anyone have some they’d want to trade?

Update.  Had an offer, thanks guys!

I have never tried WoS Confusion, it sounds interesting. How would you describe the scent (notes, strength) moisture, grind and nicotine content? If you don’t mind.

Regards Aamon

It is medium to fine ground, a darkish brown color, and slightly moist. Since it uses the same base flours as many of the WoS snuffs, the nic is probably in the mild to medium range.
Confusion is a lot like Toque Crazy George, a melange of just about anything left over from assorted snuff batches and experiments, thrown into a container until there was enough to tin up (a dead giveaway is that the price is lower than other WoS snuffs). And like Crazy George, it’s safe to infer that the scent will vary a lot from one batch to another.
The tin I have is very perfumey, with notes of mint, spices, fruit and a bouquet of florals.

I did wonder if Confusion was a “Pensioners Mix” type affair, but I’ve also seen it listed as being scented with Lily of the Valley… which I thought was toxic. Confusion indeed!

Maybe if there’s someone on this forum who works for WoS who can clarify matters, that’d be great.

To me, it’s way more complex (though not dissonant, surprisingly) than a single floral note snuff. In some ways it’s similar to WoS Royal George, but with less of the baby powder note. The price for a 10oz tin at Mr Snuff is the same as for a 5oz of other WoS snuffs, which to me is a clue that it’s probably of the “pensioners mix” nature.

Royal George!  That’s what I couldn’t put my finger on.  It was reminding me of things like Jock’s Choice, some F&T perfumed/soapy/floral varieties, but mainly Royal George.  Some WoS scents are very subtle, so only the strong scented snuffs seem to be coming through.  .

Ill have to get myself a tin on the next order. Thank you cpmcdill. My only concern is getting a snuff like the WoS Confusion blend is if I really like, it would be very difficult to buy the exact same blend again. I guess if you like complex blends and the WoS range chances are you’ll like certain parts of the WoS Confusion.

Yeah, I already have a full 450g tub of my own “reject” blend. On top of that I have a second reject blend specifically with fruity snuffs, and a third reject blend specifically with coffee and mint snuffs, plus a small assorted dregs mix too. I have no reason to buy anyone else’s randomised blends.
