Sun Snuff - Pari

I’ve really cut down on my snuff use lately, but once this is available at MrSnuff, I’m buying.

great to c u Abhishek…wellcome…feels proud to have one more INDIAN BRAND…in international market…goodluck! namrata & parag Dholakia

I’d suspect, once it gets out to the many Indian snuff companies, that there is a market for snuff among non-Indians in the US and Europe, and an online community and shops, they will jump on the train.

Thanks Namrata & Parag, you are the inspiration.

Does Sun Snuff have a website? I looked, but could not find.

There are a lot of Indophiles around as well (me included) that would be over the moon to try it.

I also want to try Indian snus, filter snus, and upper lip tobacco. I found a few websites, but it’s the same problem with a lot of the Indian dry snuff, no way to get it.

indian snus??? filter snus??? huh?

Yeah, that’s what they call portions.

Alcohol may cause the heating of certain organs but it lowers the body temperature. (I am not a doctor, but a bartender) Ayurveda is not so simple as hot and cold. However… This is fantastic stuff. Certainly you have peaked my interest. The “medicinal” properties of herbs and spices has always been a hobby of mine. Good luck then! Here’s to tradition and a well balanced snuff.

I ordered 2 x Rasili and 2 x Pari at snuffstore.de yesterday at 4 p.m. … this morning (magic?) i had the parcel in my hands. The rasili is a delicate, very complex and refreshing snuff - a completely new, pleasant snuff experience for me. I would rate it with 5/5 stars… will try the Pari this evening.

@Juxtaposer It’s great that you have interest in natural medicine. You are right about alcohol but bringing down body temperature is just a immediate effect, but as I said the ultimate effect is giving heat. Too much consumption of alcohol will make liver weak because of excess heat. Yes, Ayurveda is not so simple as hot and cold but this is a very vital principal of Ayurveda.

@didi878 Thanks for believing in our snuffs. Yes, Rasili is a very specially formulated snuff. It has 12 different perfumes in it. In Indian terms “Rasili” means something that is full of flower juices. I am waiting for Alex to review it here. I hope he will like it.

I wish I could find an American distrubuter of Indian tobacco products. I want many more snuffs, plus I want to Filter Khaini, Filter snus, Upper Lip Tobacco. But these things are so hard to get.

@abhishekbisawa One of the difficulties in explaining Ayurvedic medicine is more due to translation than anything else. Heat in Ayurveda is similar to what western medicine refers to as “metabolism”. Ironically, units of temperature are assigned to measuring that in the west. The Vedas had technical knowledge that still confounds and amazes modern scientists.

Looks great, thanks for the review Alex.

I’ve got to try this–of Indian snuffs I’ve only tried the Dholakia Kamal and Ganga, and they’re AWESOME! Hey Tom, when’s nicotinerush going to start selling these?

Well, Tom says he has a surprise coming for us in 2-3 weeks. I guess we wait and see.

Count me in!!! The Pari looks great! I am also waiting for the Dholakia Black to hit the markets as well. Man let’s get the silk road back up and running

Practical knowledge will only take you up to the present. The knowledge of the impractical is what will take you into the future. It may be that sun snuff is in my future!
