I think you can buy it in Denmark as well.
Only lössnus may be sold in Denmark, as it got an exemption for historical uses in the ban. Since there was no history of portion use, portions are illegal to sell there.
What about the Alland Islands? Its Finnish territory, but Swedish speaking and semi-autonomous.
This is the UK position: by EU law its unlawful for retailers to import and sell. Its is not of itself an illegal substance like cocaine or cannabis. You are free to buy online, possess and use in the UK. The legislation is aimed at the business end.
