For all you dippers out there

Got a big bag of stokers apple myself and I love it!

I think with the exception of Original Copenhagen, they’ve gone to plastic tins, at least in my area. Micheltn, It is also safe to keep a log of braunschweiger , a couple Vidalia onions, and a loaf of rye bread in the fridge as well with the cold beers.

If your dip gets dried out put some gatorade in it. It’s to die for =)

I am sure you could find some Braunschweiger in a deli.

As a butchers son I can tell you we don’t have Braunschweiger but something very similar “Berliner leverworst” it also mainly made from liver and lightly smoked. Jaap Bes

that is a sample I would definatly try. Just saying if you get into the butchering bussiness I’d at least try that stuff.

It is not at all necessary but certainly there’s not many things better than a cold pinch of dip.

Cool but also just saying berliner leverworst sounds like a treat. Though all of your snuffs are excellent and now that I think about it yeah a leverworst snuff sounds like something I’d definatly enjoy. Probably remind me of the joys of going to the supermarket with a real butcher when I was a kid. The smells of meat :slight_smile:
