@Filek Not to forget mustard! I’ve been on Polish mustard binge lately and the variety and quality of them is the best in world.
Don’t forget about Luigi Boccherini! Oh and Claude Debussy has some very nice piano work. Neither are obscure however.

Well I love Spike Jones so I’m sure I’ll love the Spike Jones of classical music. I think Frank Zappa qualifies as the Spike Jones of Classic Rock.
