Received my first Mr Snuff order since switching over to Tracked48 . 3 days in transit . Buttery smooth delivery with a real time photo of the parcel delivered .Flawless .

I agree, the tracked48 is a much better service. No experiment is a mistake though, there is only data to guide our relentless pursuit of efficiency.

Next up, how can we we make tracked48 cheaper? We have a plan.

I’ve been spending a bit recently and I am getting low value items shipped marked ‘Tracked48’ that arrive without the bells and whistles . I don’t know if that’s a volume contract or a ‘Tracked48 lite’ ? For small stuff that’s all you’d need but for something with a bit of value to it , I reckon I’d still pay for the full service .

I was quite surprised to learn how expensive that service is in IOM. Considerably moreso than Royal Mail’s equivalent.
