as many others, I’ve noticed that when you look up the tracking number ( given from Mr snuff ), the tracking ends once it leaves Great Britain.
Just to see what happens, I entered that number ( RSxxxxxxxGB ) into the USPS tracking system and once it gets to the USA, the tracking continues every step, including Customs, until it’s delivered.
pretty cool, didn’t know it did that.
The order arriving today to Boston, only spent a day and a half in NYC Customs.

I’ve never spent extra for the tracked shipping. Is it that much faster? My packages usually arrive within 7-8 business days.

@Ubiquitous, no I’ve only paid for it when Mr S requires it due to the value of the shipment. When given the option I use the cheapest shipping.

not for me, the trackin’ stops once the order hits the States… shows arrivin’ NYC, then clearance, and thats it til it’s delivered… couple of orders arrived chicago, then the same after arrival and clearance, nothin’ til delivered…

and it moves via ground from NY & Chicago. i get no arrival date and time into Billings nor depart date and time leavin’ Billings…

this is with Royal Mail into the States and then handin’ off to USPS…I’ve ordered from Al Pascia in Italy, they ship with Fed Ex international and i receive it in 48 hrs, thats impressive…
