try em all. I think they all have something to reccomend them for. I think apricot is a great snuff scent fake or real. And the Wilson of sharrow Apricot is great and rarely mentioned.
I agree with WillC, Gotard is a good one.
@JakartaBoy This doesn’t have a thing to do with Apricot, but your thought on F&T reminds of the few times I managed to enjoy F&T Seville. I added a nice pile of orange zest to a large tin of Seville in a jar and let it sit in the dark for about two weeks. After pulling the strips of zest out and brushing them off, the snuff had a nice balance of floral and fruit that helped accentuate the excellent tobaccos hiding underneath all the over done perfume in the original. The perfume was still present, but subdued. You could accomplish the same thing with a few drops of orange essential oil. A pinch of “popcorn” salt helps too.
Unfortunately I have to agree with you @bigmick. There is something disgusting in Toque Apricot. Or something that associates with something disgusting. I use it as a pesticide in garden.
I’ve only tried Poschl Gawith Apricot. As the menthol subsides, you can smell the apricot. It smells real. Yeah… that’s probably not helpful. :-B
