Non-Menthol Fruits

W

I tried Viking Peach and I liked it. Are there any more Non-Menthol Fruits worth trying? Damn this quest for the perfect snuff. It’s a disease I tell ya a disease.

B

I like how toque does their fruit snuffs typical in two varieties without menthol and with menthol. Wilson apricot is really good and non mentholated. I like their rum and blackberry it has no menthol. Cerise isn’t really fruit but it is cherry and contains no menthol.

M

Yep, gotta give props to Toque! Haven’t tried Cerise yet, but I imagine it as yummy… Second the Apricot

X

Yeah, I like the Toque fruits and WoS Apricot a lot as well, but the latter seems to also have a lot of haters. Not sure if they had unusually bad batches, I had unusually good one, or simply taste. Toque Pomegranate and Peach are probably my two favorite fruit snuffs.

S

Another vote for toque fruits. I just got their strawberry. Like all the others, it’s superb. I’d suggest staying away from SG fruits. They all taste very fake, unnatural.

S

Another fairly decent one is McChrystal’s Raspberry.

N

McChrystals Apricot is another good one, and I’ll have to also recommend the Toque fruits especially Strawberry and Peach they’re just plain delicious!

D

Toque Cherry and Apricot are personal favorites. If you can get Silver Dollar, the menthol is VERY slight and might be worth a try. The original is an SP with menthol and it was so little that I didn’t know until I was told. I would have said BS to the statement but it came from Roderick.

E

Toque St. Clements and McCrystal’s Mild Lemon are both worth trying.

F

Sir Walter Scott Creme de Figue, Abraxas Connoisseur Cerise, Toque Strawberry, Toque Peach, Dholakia Mango Cream, McChrystal’s Raspberry, Toque Berwick Brown (at least the latter seems fruity/citrusy to me)

V

Viking Peach seems to be more like candied peach than real one. If you wanna snuff some really good fruit snuffs - try Toque. I find Toques fruit snuffs the most natural fruit smell of all I’ve tried so far. There is also Doppelaroma, schmalzler with a nice “banana in chocolate” taste. I think this is the only snuff made by Poschl that is really well done, but I have not tried all, though.

S

And of course there is Pöschl Südfrucht which is even more fruity than Doppelaroma. This, if you like schmalzlers.
