A new product from Sir Walter Scott’s Fine Border Snuff on site now.

That’s really odd, @chefdaniel. something’s really wrong. Here’s my last order… Products ------------------------------------------------------ 3 x Sir Walter Scott’s Havana Toast Snuff 50g (SWS014) = $71.85 ------------------------------------------------------ Sub-Total: $71.85 Royal Mail Airmail(Tracking NOT Included) (): $8.48 Total: $80.33

I wonder does 3 tins count as 3 strikes and you’re out!? Sometimes the Uk isn’t so crap after all. I went real cheapskate for free delivery but the warehouse is only 20 miles away. Can’t wait to try this snuff. Could be a real like it loads, just good old great tobacco’s.

@Mouse‌, I just tried it your way and came up with the same total as yours. I then reloaded my original order and came up with the same amount as the first attempt. Unfortunately I can’t swing $80.33 or I’d go with your order. I really want to try this new snuff, but I’m not going into foreclosure to indulge my hobby.

@Johnny‌ oh yes! Will be getting some of this!

Just ordered some, look forward to it

Really Great snuff

Hey @Nikolaos! You changed to pi! I also had no clue what your last icon was. I’m currently dating some one that has a great fascination with pi. Currently dating sounds like it has been a few months but, it has been 6 years.

Hey, I recognized some of those words.

For those who’ve tried both, how does this new snuff compare with Lundy Foot?

@JakartaBoy i highly recommend a try-purchase… Really is veryyyyyy good snuff… it is very close to Lundy foot is you exclude the Cuban and Nicaraguan taste and smell… Dry, slow Toasted, and blended from Sir Walter Scott’s… Whats more???

Another great snuff, its like a cross between lundyfoot and abraxas st casura with Cuban smoky notes.buy it you wont regret it.

I just put in an order for 50 grams, together with 150 grams of HDT. By the way, I tried the Lundy Foot yesterday. I do really like it, but I’m not sure that I’d rate it as much better than HDT, which is my favorite snuff at the moment. I’m always happy to try a new snuff and prepared to invest a bit to do so, but it’s not something I’d buy in bulk at the prices it’s going for. Oh, since there was some discussion on shipping prices, I’d like to say that the shipping to Indonesia on a $44.92 / 200 gram order came to around $11, which seems very reasonable.

Thanks for the peek. Like an upskirt shot. Looks a bit darker than lundy

Yes slightly darker… Has another pinch. I just got it a hour or so ago and so early impression Roasted Nutty Woody flavour or scent if you prefer. I find it very mellow and likeable straight away. I think it’s very easy to take although is quite dry and a little fine. By no means any strong cigar flavour though there does seem to be a strong Lundy Foot connection as others have said. I think it would be quite easy to snuff through a lot of this very quickly it’s so easy on the nose, moreso than Lundy Foot. I used to smoke strong dark fermented cigars and I still love the thought of them and was sort of hoping that this might be like that but I think it’s much smoother and mellower. Mellow is it in a word I think but nice tobacco. Very Mellow. I’d love if Johnny would do something similar but with a stronger fermented darker leaf and yet I still think I would enjoy this one alongside. If Mellow Roasted Nutty Woodiness are your thing then I would advise the large tin or several. I think I could take a lot of this compared to Lundy Foot as I think it holds a bit more interest in the flavour especially the nutty roast aspect. Only my initial opinion of course. It isn’t startling or anything but there’s definitely some kind of likability there straight off. I suspect it will be another one that is great to have around and would be missed if it were to run out. Lovely in my nose just now a few minutes after pinching.

When ever I see you put snuff on display @lunecat it’s always on that flannelish thing. Is that a Kilt?

A table cloth for warming your table?

I think it is the Lune Kilt!

It’s his snot rag

Just received it and all my thanks to @Johnny‌, I can’t keep my nose out of the tin. Am I the only one to feel a strong chocolate-like taste?
