PfalzerLand Woinachde. Not feeling the least bit Christmassy, but figured I’d start into this as there’s an element in most Pfalzer snuff that sometimes irritates my nose. No irritation tonight, thankfully.

Snuff Store - Black Magic. Dark brown, nice moisture balance fairly neutral aroma though a touch earthy and that wonderful burn.

SM Gold followed by 6 Photo Kailash.

Kailash is the only Indian snuff that I truly enjoy using and I’ve tried quite a few.

6Photo Special was okay but it had the tendency to overdose me on Vitamin N. Not even NTSU can do that. Only 6P special. Kailash is more moderate than Special.

Samuel Gawith - Elmo’s Reserve. Dark, moist, earthy, very gentle and easy to use.

Kendall - Ma’s Ruin. I have a difficult time isolating aroma composition in this. It’s dark, almost silky texture. The aroma is nuanced and layered. To me there is lime, leather, earth, gin and who knows what else but it certainly spoke to me during my morning walk

NTSU black.
I think when I reorder I will be getting the NTSU green instead because it’s a little more smooth.

I think I prefer NTSU over Viking Dark, Brown, Thor’s Hammer, Silky Dark and maybe even Taxi Red. Definitely I like it better than Babaton.

It’s raw scent power but the nicotine is middling to me, despite what many reviews say. It’s not a huge Nic hit per weight like 6 Photo Special or Cheetah. It has vigorous N but not so much as to be unpleasant for extended use.

J&H Wilson SP No. 1 now.

It’s one of my comfort snuffs and probably the one of the top 3 that I’ve cumulatively used the most tins of. Along with O&G and Gold Label.

I like it alot because it’s close to plain tobbaco but has a nice scent laid over it. The grind is good and fluffy. The base flour is good.

Simply snuff Chico, not a bad menthol, I do notice a bit of the woodiness to it but I don’t think I’d buy it again, stick to my trusty Hedges L260 or Jip!

Kendall - Afterglow. I must confess that the name took me elsewhere. No, a sniff doesn’t make all relaxed and ready to sleep. It is however medium dark, medium grind, a bit of ? Aroma and an easy burn. I like it even though… True Afterglow it is not.

I’ve never tried Afterglow and can’t help wondering how it compares to Mastiff.

@nisam I’ve never had the privilege of trying Mastiff so am quite unable to compare. So sorry to let you down…

Finally starting to get better from whatever sickness i had, work day started with a good sniff of gawith original, and now viking scotch dark, man i missed it. Been on the snus pouches when ill. Good, but not the same

Viking - Peach. An all around decent snuff BUT although I do get some stonefruit aroma… I can’t necessarily say peach. It is however dark, a good base flour, fairly moist but there is a background smokiness that somewhat clashes with the fruit. Is it unpleasant… No, does it shout peaches… Also no.

NTSU black most of the day but I started the day with Kloster Andechs, Charivari, O&G and Lƶwenprise, in that order.
