Using Snuff Nowadays

yes DocCherry is right. No the third Reich made methadone because for some reason people were not selling them the precursors to morphine. Though like many militaries the nazis did use amphetamines which well meth is a type of amphetamine it’s not quite the same.

Can u even snort heroin?

Oh yeah, it’s actually becoming a much bigger problem around my area and other small towns in Jersey and it’s mainly because you don’t have to IV it. Anyway, I just started snuffing so I can’t say how I go about it yet really. I tell people it’s my new thing, because it’s a much safer alternative to smoking and almost all of my friends smoke cigarettes, but they all think it’s weird as hell, except my brother who wants to stop smoking as bad as I do. I would imagine that the cops around here (notorious for being d-bags) would give me shit for it as well. Sorry to hear about that, I was actually thinking about this sort of situation the other day.

Can u even snort heroin? I always asummed that shit went in via viens…i mean w.e garrett does look alot like the heroin i seen on this drugs inc show, but come on, just dip shit, cusion bangin redneck ignorance, @DocCherry i would but in my small 2600 pop. town it would just put a big ass target on my back for the rest of these shit-kickin hick cops to aim at…

…Just for comparison…Last week my friend had an accident…nothing serious but she called me to come…I drove there to support her and give her a helping hand…2 cops came to investigate…So I was standing there for almost one hour…time enough for about 10 pinches…One of the cops asked me : “What are you snuffing?”…" Try…" was my answer and I offered him a tin…He took a pinch, sniffed and said : “That´s good, buddy…good to clean my nose”…God bless McChrystals O.G…

Meth and crack have been a problem here for a very long time, like most areas. Heroin use is going up quickly here. The cops I know say it is quickly becoming their biggest problem. It’s long been a problem in Dallas, 3 hours to the west. Snorting was how it was introduced to the rich kids…

Had the worse day ever in my short snuffin life… I live in Iowa and around here snuff is harder then gold to find, anyways i carry my snuff in a small glass bottle, an empty anbersol one, i stopped to take a snuff off the back of my hand and next thinh i know i hear the horrid sound of cop sirens. This dip shit cop thought i was snorting heroin off my hand, long story short i got cuffed spent 2hrs in a holding cell and lost my snuff…bastards wouldnt give it back even after it tested negative for narcotics. X(

Your horrible story is the typical example how fragile the word FREEDOM can be…don´t lose your courage and stay snuffin´ :)>-

I had a similar run in a while back. Long story short I explained to the cop about how Bruton n all those around here were originally intended to be used the way I was using the snuff I had. He thought I was idiot saying that he had never heard of such and everyone he knew who stilled used those dipped it. Whatever, god I hate ignorant people.

I just looked it up on Google images and it really does look like Brutons. Damn.

I was collared by a bouncer at a pub some weeks back for snuffing. I tried to explain to him what it was, but it was only when his colleague chimed in (he took a toot and said ‘that’s fine, mate’) that he let me go back in. I guess the association of sniffing is so strongly with illegal drugs that some people immediately jump to conclusions. The irony of course was that when I went to the toilet later that night, someone took a hit of coke right next to me at the urinals.

Maybe our generation of snuffers will be known as the heroes and trailblazers of the modern snuff movement fighting the assumptions and ignorance of the typical-minded.

Come to Switzerland … most policemen use snuff, its the thing for army, police and security people.

@Ludwig_1954 thankyou, i will be arriving shortly, have my room ready.

Wait us at airport, please…with the banner “Welcome to Switzerland, ALL Snuffhouse members”…

Several years ago, I spent a week in Switzerland. It’s incredibly beautiful. I was amazed as soon as I got off the airplane; ashtrays in the bathroom stalls. Fantastic. :-bd

How’s the smoking situation in Switzerland these days? I heard quite a while ago that there are many places where it’s banned in public.

Smoking in Switzerland: Smoking laws in Switzerland are cantonal, meaning that there are 26 different regulations. As a rule, smoking is prohibited in restaurants, bars, public offices etc. Most businesses restrict smoking at your workspace inside, provided that you do not have your own office. Smoking is also prohibited in underground railway stations etc. But… some cantons allow pubs, bars, restaurants etc. to run so called “Fumoirs”, smoking parlours. Others provide heated smoking facilities outside. Airports have smokers corners. The Swiss people voted against more restrictive and nationalised smoking laws just a few months ago - against the heavy lobbying of the “nannies lobby” and the EU. Tobacco is heavily taxed, but the money is used to finance the swiss retirement system, to whom everybody is entitled (cynics note, that tobacco users pay twice. First on the tobacco and second by dying earlier and thus using less retirement allowance …). Some oddities are, that snuff is freely available, Dip or american snuff is too but swedish snus is prohibited for selling. You may however own and use it. All in all rather chaotic, not really seriously enforced but getting more and more restrictive due to the currying favour if not brown-nosing by our servile government towards the EU (what I would call “anal snuffing”).

Thank’s for the info! I’ve heard you guys have some liberal laws about “incenses” we can’t buy in this part of the world- or has that changed since (the 90’s)? I only mention that because it’s (imo)an interesting way to regulate/label it. As far as smoking tobacco in public, in the US it’s a matter of state law (and city law/ordinance). In Minnesota the only public businesses one can smoke inside are tobacco shops. Some bars and restaurants have outdoor smoking areas, sometimes heated shelters in the colder months. I think smoking is banned in our parks too. If anyone else feels like spreading some more enlightenment I’m curious about the laws in other areas too. Stay tobacco’ed my friends…

smoking is prohibited at the beach in my town, the beach, out there with seagulls and dead fish and seaweed…

Here in Iowa smoking is banned in almost all in door public areas, we dont have 25ft rule yet like in Washington, ‘no smoking within 25ft of a public area or entrence’ ,which pretty much makes smoking out side ya own house a crime out there. :-L About 10yrs ago in Iowa you could walk thru the super market and puff on cigs, there was them giant butt cans at the end of each isle, which i personally found disgusting. Nothing like shoppin fir produce and seeing ash all over the vegies /:slight_smile:

That would seem odd in a grocery store! Might be nice in a liquor store though, puffin’ on a cigar or pipe while browsing for quality libations…

Back in the late 60s I worked in a hospital in Boston and everyone smoked, the entire building was filled with smoke, ashtrays everywhere. It wasn’t all that pleasant and people with breathing problems had no refuge. Some smoking bans are a good idea.
