Does anyone have the pewter table top boxes avaliable on snuffstore or mrsnuff? One of them is Tom Buck, the other WIlsons Scroll I believe, I was wondering if they are any good/worth the money?
@Koba I have one of the Tom Buck pewter table top boxes. It is quite handsome, but the lid does not close tightly. I wouldn’t put more than about a days worth in it, as the lack of a tight seal means the snuff within will dry out quickly. With that in mind, however, I do like it
@tybalt is that one of the Regnas snuff boxes in your avatar, did you get one too and if so how do you like it, I absolutely LOVE mine they are just beautiful.
Yes, its a regnas box with a green jade lid. I love it. It’s the perfect size, seals well, has a nice heft, and just generally enhances the snuff taking experience. Not cheap, but then I’ve spent a lot more on individual pipes over the years.
I am currently in the market for a nice table top snuffbox to place on my bar. I think it would look great and, while i don’t have much company over, wouljd be a good conversation piece, and could be a good way to get people to try snuff. Any suggestions? ~Ken
