They’re empty these days. After all the excessive tobacco taxes Congress has levied on us, the bastards don’t deserve free snuff at the tax payers expense anyway.
Roderick said he sent a couple bags of Toque to fill those snuffboxes - which I thought was pretty cool.
I don’t consider the federal taxes excessive. Its the state and local ones that double and triple (in some places) the feds rate that irk me. @ Matt: Did Rederick ever hear back? The Capitol security probably thought it was poison or anthrax or something and won’t let our MCs have it. It would be nice if a few of them would learn to use it.
They probably know what it is based off the fact that it would be hard to not know a large bit of the history of the capitol while working there. Plus it says what it is on the tin. They might not know how to use it, but even the pages should know about the snuff box.
They probably thought that English snuff is not correct i the US government. American Scotch would be more appropriate.
