Mr Snuff Update

First of all I want to thank all of you who have emailed/purchased anything from us over the past 6 weeks. As most of you know we have been extremely busy setting things up over the pond, and inevitably things have slipped a little. I really appreciate your patience. It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that as of June 29th Mr Snuff (USA) will be closing the warehouse doors. It is with great delight that I am able to tell you that Mr Snuff (not-shipping-from-USA) will be open for business on…let me check my diary…oh yeah, June 29th. After a short period of settling in, I doubt you will notice any difference except maybe one or two extra days shipping time. Over the next few weeks we will be gradually increasing the stock of all your favorites plus a few more that have been somewhat difficult to get a hold of. As I speak a huge amount of snuff is on a UPS aircraft winging its way across the Atlantic. If customs doesn’t hold things up the it will be available immediately. If they do, then well, I guess we’ll just have to wait. I received completely new stock of Wilsons yesterday; McChrystals the day before; Toque is on the way; the complete line of Samuel Gawith is on its way too; Bernards is ordered; Poschl is on its way…and so the list goes on. I will keep you all updated as things pan out over the next few days. Meanwhile all McChrystals are on sale at a ridiculously low price. If you are low on anything now would be a good time. They are fresh since I received this shipment from them about 4 weeks ago figuring they would still sell well in the run up to PACT. I guess I was priced a bit too high. Thanks again for all your support. Dave

O&G is still said to be “On order” :frowning:

I’ve never purchased from your store…and from the looks of it, being in the USA, the one order I’m planning on placing will be the only one… June 30th will truly be a sad day to be a snuff-loving American.

I don’t understand, I read as an American you can still order from him after June 30th, am I right?

Sounds like it tom. Especialy since the only diffrence we will notice is a few days shipping time. Which would be the opposite for people in europe. So basicly seems to be a go.

Yeah, as far as I’m aware, Dave’s planning on still shipping here.

With that solved, I’m still concerned about his O&G being in stock…

When he said “It is with great sadness” my heart fell

Man… my heart sank and skipped a beat all at once when I read: “It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that as of June 29th Mr Snuff (USA) will be closing the warehouse doors.” … until I read the next paragraph/next lines (sneaky there, Dave, verrry sneaky!) whew. Here’s where the song between Dave and us customers should be this one:I Got You Babe

It’s just such a horrible thing to read. Site after site “Where Sorry”…gulp Im still all worked up, think I need a drink

lol iggy, its okay, I’ve just admitted I had the very same response (its just that instead of going for a drink I’m singing an old Sonny and Cher song at MrSnuff lol in waves of relief and gratitude and general jubilation for the words that came next)

_“Over the next few weeks we will be gradually increasing the stock of all your favorites plus a few more that have been somewhat difficult to get a hold of. As I speak a huge amount of snuff is on a UPS aircraft winging its way across the Atlantic.”_I’d guess that pretty much answers where the O&G (or any other ‘delinquent’) snuffs are. I have visions of Dave and the rest of the MrSnuff crew all sweating and exhausted and chaotically hauling a bunch of boxes and furniture and whatnot into their new home and office (its moving day!)

@whistler- Yeah i did see that but at the same time Dave said “I received completely new stock of Wilsons yesterday; McChrystals the day before” and “Meanwhile all McChrystals are on sale at a ridiculously low price. If you are low on anything now would be a good time”.

Apologies for the confusion. Warehouse in USA - sale of McChrystals stock. Warehouse not in USA - fully stocked with McChrystals (including every size of OnG), but none for sale until 29th. Dave

“the complete line of Samuel Gawith is on its way too” Dare we hope for tins rather than tap boxes ?

im with you on that Brad, I hope its tins!

I third “the complete line of SG” - dare I dream for the complete line?!

I agree – anywhere (any brands) where he can get tins instead of the tap-boxes, I’m also all for it.

I’d rather like to try SG out of those 25g tubs I’ve heard about. Tranter’s too.

I’m not going to get excited about SG in containers other than taps.
