Any word on the whereabouts of any of these orders or expected delivery times as of yet?
The consignments were turned around as soon as we got them on Friday last week so they should be hitting the US customs today I would think. Check your tracking to see if they are in the US Post yet, if not then very soon - as long as it doesnât go through Cincinnati 
On that, we have had word back from our shipping agent who has strongly advised us not to contact Cincinnati customs to try and resolve the problem. He is of the opinion that we would only make matters worse.
In mitigation, we have now upgraded our processes so we can easily create mail-merge lists of the specific customers per consignment, and so the next time a consignment is returned we will experiment with sending a mail out to only the affected customers and then another when the consignment finally gets through. Its not a solution, but its better than leaving people dangling.

Is this a different route into the US? Or does it go from there to New York because my USPS says New York is waiting for the package.
New York is the destination for the consignment. That is where it is broken apart and sent on. Sometimes getting to New York involves going through Cincinnati.
Anyway, I had @Kay check this for you today. She confirmed that your order was part of a consignment that was returned by US customs. It arrived and was resent last Friday and has now successfully cleared customs and is in the hands of the good folk who enter the individual parcels into USPS.
Kay has contacted them to make sure they prioritise the delayed consignments so your parcelâs USPS tracking should be kicking in soon.

It might be cheaper to locate yourself there and back, if you mail yourself.
If so, maybe you could start a âGo fund meâ, I could see alot of ppl donating to cover shipping a large crate if you would mail yourself, thatâs free my friend. I am very frugal

I just had a Mr Snuff order clear customs today, I have more than 30 tins on this one. I donât have alot of spare change but I try to keep ahead on my orders, so I donât have to worry.
I have 6-8 months worth of snuff and thatâs before I get the 30 some odd tins coming. Itâs just not worth it for me to play around for 8 or 9 tins, judging on how much customs likes to stick it to us.
There is no need to sweat the shippers, MrSnuff and Toque have always been dependable by my experience, and over seas orders are likely the first thing they do when they get to work. That's if they can get thru all the emails voicemails etc., they probably spend half there day putting out fires, and reinventing the wheel.
I mean no pun or digressions towards you, I was the exact same way the first 6 months or so when I started snuffing.
Plus it wouldnât be dumb to get the stock pile built up for when the us customs locks it down, and we canât get any. You donât wanna be out in the cold, unless you are "Cold Turkey, type. Not for me my friend.
Good luck on your future endeavors, maybe get yourself a tub or two of bulk, and store it into several smaller glass mason jars. So you only need to get into one at a time, it will stay day one fresh.

B.Buttersnuff, are you the guy that suggested I use wet wipes for my nose when I first started, and it was aggravated? If so thanks it worked. Or maybe possibly you use the same profile pic? Idk I gets confused sum tymes!
