Hi @mecompco! Not sure when the shipping charge was dialed down for the US folks, but I think it happened just somewhen earlier this year, so not that long ago, actually.

Well, it’s welcome news, got my cart loaded up, ready to pull the trigger. Now if they’d get the 150g tins of White Elephant back in stock, I’d be even happier.

Exactly. I’d buy a kilo if it came packaged that way, perhaps two. At least I’ve got a few 35g cans on the way. Can’t wait, it’s been several years since I’ve had any WE. Oh, and a 12 pack of L260 is on the way as well (didn’t there used to be a discount on multiple cans?). Anyway, I’m not complaining, I don’t miss the days when the shipping outweighed the cost of the snuff.

Hi there I just made my first order on mrsnuff.com I ordered WE, Afghan white and janta rustic sampler and 12 dragon madras. I paid for expedited shipping too but I don’t think it matters when it comes to clearing customs. I am pretty pumped I used to snuff all the time 20 years ago looking forward to getting down again. I hope it takes less than a week…

My order took right around 10 days to arrive (got it yesterday, I’m in US North East). I also paid the extra $5 for Priority Mail, but that only matters once it’s reached their shipping facility in NY state. I’d given up on ordering a few years back do to the high shipping costs (often as much as or more than the product). I’m so glad they’ve gotten that figured out. Just spent $170 and am already back shopping for the next order. Spent last night shoveling WE, Green Dragon, Viking Dark, and my old favorite L260 up my nose.

What does fulfillment status mean on mrsnuff? does it mean that the order has been filled and shipped? or does it mean it as been delivered?> How long does it take to get fulfilled? Thank you

I’m not sure what the fulfillment status means. I, too, got a tracking number almost immediately, but it didn’t go “live” until the shipment hit the US. I suspect you’ll be able to track it in a day or two.

Thanks, did it say unfulfilled the whole time or did it ever say fulfilled? Will I get an Email when it is sent to the states? or I will just be able to track it after it gets released from customs?

Sorry, I don’t recall having looked at the status of the order once it was accepted. I clicked on the tracking and had it send me text updates when the status changed. Once it hit the states, I got a delivery update from USPS. I ordered Nov. 3 and it arrived here in Maine on the 12th. I’d address any concerns to customer service.
