Membership criteria: The International Snuff-Takers’ Association is an inclusive society open to anyone who has been an active, contributing member of Snuffhouse.org for not less than two years or who has demonstrated service to the promotion of snuff in another venue. These include but are not limited to: publishing a book or magazine about snuff; maintaining a blog or website about snuff; maintaining or progressing the skills of snuff blending and manufacturing snuff; moderating a snuff forum; proficiency in a craft that promotes snuff taking such as making snuff boxes; or any other demonstrable activity that promotes snuff taking. This is the reasoning of having committees to hammer this stuff out ,someone has an idea and others tweak this idea until we come out with a final decision every one on the committee is in favor of. Anyone who wants to join is already enthusiastic in snuff taken and as far as knowledge goes ,I am learning something new all the time. @Abraxas, yea I guess Makes & sells could be anyone. I can put a cigar in a coffee grinder ,I made snuff. I bought this and took one pinch, I am selling it at 20% off. deleted I made a second draft ,anyone else want to have a go at it?

Well it has 4 agrees, plus the guy who wrote it makes 5. 9 people have commented or hit like or agree at some point this thread. So if the membership committee has 9 members and we have 5 votes for the revised ISTA Membership Criteria, then we have a majority in favor. Can we make it unanimous? I’d prefer consensus, but can accept majority rule. If anyone has an alternate version or revision to post, now is the time.
Also I edited the post there to fix a typo and spell out ISTA, so Joe can cut and paste it later if need be.
Ok well no more votes yay or nay, so motion passes. I nominate our spokesman Basement Shaman to publicly post both our mission and membership criteria to Snuffhouse.org (and STE if they want to print it) and that we will review new membership applications henceforth. Seconded?
