I need assistance in finding online source for American Snuff in single pocket-size cans....

I’ve seen the small Garrett tins in an indian reservation in Western NY believe it or not. It was fresh too, unlike the tub of Bruton’s I bought down south.

@cstokes4 and @miamimark are our Florida contingent. They might have some insight on the best places to look and prices. Menthol is a non issue, unless she comes across imported snuff. South Florida is somewhat culturally distinct from the rest of the South where snuff is more abundant. So she may find nothing at all. In my own area (Delaware) I’ve found that cigarette outlets and the supermarket chain Food Lion have the best selections. The prices are about $4.00 per tin. I’m not sure how much of that is consistent with Ft. Myers.

The only place I ever saw some scotches was Winn dixie but only sweet scotches. I stopped looking several years ago tho. Ft Myers, even tho only a couple hours from me, (Miami beach area) is a whole different world. I would guess Winn Dixie’s in Ft Myers would have a better selection than my area… but I’m just guessing…

@ HR_pufnsnuff Their are 5 Sweetbay supermarkets in Ft Myers that have a good selection of American dry scotch snuff. Do a google search for the exact locations

Sweet scotch, dry scotch - this is getting more confusing by the minute… :)) Googlo, Googlo - wherefore art thou, Googlo… Edit; Aha - found this useful thread from 2008: http://snuffhouse.org/discussion/1173/whats-american-scotch-type-snuff

Yes this is really the best way to find snuff, and that is ask a local snuffer, in San Francisco there is only one store that has any selection of snuff, and good luck trying to ask other tobacconist where to find snuff, though I’ve never seen the small tins.

I see you mentioned Macoboy, well that’s my favorite American snuff, I have 300g of it I have some in my nose right now.

Believe it or not but “Sams Club” sells snuff depending on what state you live in

Wow, I wonder if Washington’s Sam’ s clubs do.

Well, my friend is currently Stateside (as I believe our colonial friends refer to their homeland), and has kindly sent me an electronic telegram via her field telephone to say she has procured some Honey Bee and Tube Rose for me. She returns from America on Sunday, so hopefully nest week I’ll be trying these exotic delicacies!
