Dholakia Swiss Chocolate

I’ve heard that there is some shipping problems at the moment, but keep a look out on Snuff Store.co.uk & Snuff.Me.UK.

if you email me I can ship to anywhere. I just have to do it manually (rather than through the website) as I did for Pieter. Pieter…thanks for the comments. Much appreciated.

Anybody with reviews, Quit With Snuff is up at SnuffReviews.com. From the samples I have tried so far, they are great! I highly recommend them.

Beautiful snuff, soft and smooth in my nose, and easy to sniff a lot of! Fortunately I’ve not OD’ed on this so I take it the nicotine’s at a reasonable level. Perfect no-cal replacement for the bag of chips when relaxing and watching a movie. I find this one to be the richest of all the chocolate snuffs I’ve had yet but I can still taste the tobacco. Doing a whole bullet in a sitting is way too easy, and so is refilling it! Hopefully it’ll be available in bulk.

I love this snuff. Period. Nothing to touch it in the chocolate field

Older thread but this snuff hasn’t changed apparently! I am a self avowed choco-holic. Cheaper than Prozac and a lot more fun. Puts me in mind of the smell of a rich chocolate fudge brownie at the moment you take a bite. While the chocolate scent is at once full, deep and rich in this snuff, Dholakia has managed to achieve a balance in that the tobacco aroma rides along as a comfortable companion. Long lasting in the nose, this is an excellent snuff for DIY snuff cocktails. I like using non-mentholated fruit snuffs such as orange or lemon.

Their Orange Chocolate, or is it Chocolate Orange? is very good too. Temptation brand.

I’d actually just had that one pointed out to me yesterday tom. My wish list just keeps getting longer by the day! (-; A follow up pinch of Toques St Clements will have to suffice for now.

It’s Orange Chocolate, though I don’t really detect much citrus, mostly just Chocolate. I haven’t tried the Swiss Chocolate yet, and probably won’t until my 25g tin of Orange Chocolate is gone, but Orange Chocolate is probably my favorite dessert snuff. I love it with a cup of coffee, or with milk and chocolate chip cookies… Yum! The only thing I don’t like about the Orange Chocolate is the backdrip. But I can usually keep it in the front of my nose and/or blow out before it drips back. Is the Swiss Chocolate similar regards to the backdrip?

It does that to me as well puffpuff. Small pinch, wait, blow, repeat (-;

OTD, a bit of St Clements is awesome mixed up with the Swiss Chocolate.

That’s the orange I use Carol! Ah, great minds and all… (-; For lemon I like to use WoS Lemon Grove.

I think Dholakia Swiss Chocolate is like the messiah of chocolate snuffs so far as the accuracy and potency of its scent- one of the things that confuses me, though, is that I keep seeing it referred to as ‘moist’, yet to me it seems quite dry with the consistency of sawdust. I know that snus sachets become bone dry from just a couple of days sitting on my desk, and this appears to have happened with my Santo Domingo and G&H Jasmine snuffs as well, dry as bone, crumbly, and sandy… Someone in another thread mentioned that snuff doesn’t need to be ‘upkept’, but I swear both of those tins are more sandy and dried out than they were upon opening a few weeks and several months ago, respectively. I wonder if this could be what happened to my Dholakia. Perhaps I should start storing them in a dark drawer! I am going to try grinding my Swiss Chocolate to be finer, and then adding a wee bit of water back into it!

I like the Dholakia Swiss Chocolate, and there’s no way anyone could say it doesn’t linger, but to me it’s the wrong kind of chocolate: milk chocolate. So I had some Dohlakia Black that I really don’t care for on its own, and mixed it 50/50 with the Swiss Chocolate. Now, the scent is just like very dark, bittersweet chocolate, which is the kind I like. I normally don’t like mixing things, including drinks, but this turned out so well I’m tempted to experiment again.

Toasted and ground some Mac Barren Honey and Chocolate, tastes almost identical.

Im so excited I had this on my order list and every review I read make me very sad that it probaly wont be in for another 7 or more days. While I wait I think ill get working on those plans for a time machine!

None of the flowery words in this topic do justice to the quality of this 250g Dholakia Swiss Chocolate. But none of them are undeserved!

@ar47 Definitely getting this one soon! However @kiestraak’s comment above has confused me a bit. Is it as dry as Dholakia’s Indian snuffs or is at medium moisture level?

@bolbam420 my 250g is medium, medium high moisture. But my 25g Dholakias are low (but not dry) moisture. I think it’s meant to be moist but the way the 25gs are sealed is more to keep them closed than airtight
