Daily Go To Snuff or Base Snuff

I think the one I use the most and that I’ve snuffed the most of in my lifetime (discounting Dean Swift since that’s all you could get around here before the internet snuff was known to me) would be the Ganga. For one it really agrees with me and the scent is so awesome.

I started with Packards Club, then Toque SP Extra, off to a mixture of Rooster and Lotzbeck Vanilla. Discovered Fubar Grunt which has been a core snuff for over a year. Settled into a pattern of Whiskey and Honey, Hopfen Schnupf, Grunt, and Toque Vanilla as a core. Gold Label and IDHT #20 in heavy rotation. Attar of Rose has become quite comforting. I still sample from all my snuffs daily as the mood strikes.

I flip flop between DW and grunt but started with Packard Club way back when I would take a break from Cope.

I find myself using a lot of F&T’s lately like Old paris dr justice and princes special. Of course a little hedges l260 to freshen up and some toque here and there.

Taxi, Babaton, Ntsu For the heavy ones. Toque chocolate, Natural toast, Whisky honey and peanut butter. Also like Honey bee for a dusty snuff. I have many menthols but have not had any craving for them in about almost a year. Bernards and other smaltzers are on the list too. Just got a 2g. China nat. and falling for that one from the get go. Mr. snuff is looking into getting bigger portions of this. Lets hope so as I cant be the only one that really likes this one and will like to see more people comment on this one some place in the form.

Kendal Brown Original London Brown Wilson’s Princes (previously F&T Princes) Best Dark S.P (various) Irish D Light and Irish High Toast No.22 Having sampled a great many snuffs since 1964, these are the only snuffs I still regularly buy.

O&G, Toque Lime and Natural toast, Camphor and Mild, Zip and Country Doctor are all my regular snuffs. Stefan

Maybe I should know it, but who makes Country Doctor? Is it your own grind from the old Country Doctor pipe tobacco?

I think that’s Frederick Tranter’s version of Aniseed & Eucalyptus.

Wilson’s makes Country Doctor.

It’s Frederick Tranter’s, made by Wilson’s. It is different to WoS Aniseed and Eucalyptus, seems more smooth definately a good one to get hold of if you can or I could send you a sample if you like? Stefan

ROOSTER, (15+ yrs now), but I guess you all know that by now!

Toque Quit, Honest, Tops Mild, Stokers Plain

Hedges at night, Bruton and Starr in the morning.

I have various, according to my tastes for the day. An SP - usually WoS Best SP but can also be others (Toque Original, WoS SP2, SG No 1 High Mill, GH SP, etc etc). A toast - any of F&T HDT, WoS IHT No 22, SG Irish D or GH Irish D. Sometimes a US scotch fills the gap. A plain KB - SG or GH. A camphorated menthol - O&G, SG Zip or GH CM or early morning and last thing at night.

@Walrus: Thanks much.
