After careful consideration I think I’ll stick with the current name. I doubt McD’s can maintain the charade for longer than one marketing cycle. I don’t think anyone is going to buy the artisan theme right next to a sign that says “Billions Served”. There’s a bit of a disconnect with that.
McDonald´s uses “Artisan” to designate a new product. Just a mere fashion sticker. “Old Mill” uses “Artisan” to designate a way of making a product. This implies love, care and elaboration. Not a brand new fashion thing. They both may sound the same but they certainly are NOT the same. [-X
Dose this mean you will offer “super size” at a discounted price? Also will you add these to the menu to boost sales: Dr. Pepper snuff Apple pie snuff Chocolate shake snuff Frenchdry snuff Please use no trans fats if you oil any of these snuffs. P.S. Can you make more than one special sauce.
Thank you @snuffvillian you are correct. @nicmizer I am working on a snuff coming out in the fall: Pie Hole. Based on my pecan pie recipe. No trans fat but plenty of butter. Special sauce? We don’t need no steenking special sauce.
@hgrissom Check out Arabesque on the site: http://www.oldmillsnuff.com/ramblings.html I’ll likely add some other Middle Eastern spices to the finished snuff when it’s ready to finish. I’ll keep you posted. It’s still marinating (for lack of a better term) so will be a few months off. Cheers
@chefdaniel man that looks like a great line up especially the summer toast and the cigar variations.I was going to comment on the topic of this thread, but after reading that list, I can’t remember what the topic is cheers
@chefdaniel Black satin, Profundo Ligero, Arabesque all sound great to me … as someone who likes a very fine, dry snuff … the finer the better, how fine is the grind … (compared to say F&T HDT ?) Is this still in “development” and on the way ?
@Derek_007 I prefer the fine dry snuffs as well. Awaiting my first order of indian snuffs, hopefully they will agree with my nose.
@Derek_007 Black Satin and Arabesque will be slightly, and only slightly, coarser than HDT. Profundo will be a little coarser and have more moisture than the other two. These are all in various stages of maturing, so only some final tweaks will be needed. They have a way to go, but with this warm weather, that time will be reduced. At this point it would be premature to speculate on actual release dates, but I will keep you posted. Cheers
Bacon Clubhouse Snuff.
Surely that should be a Toque one? :))
Hope I sprouted the tooth seeds for my nose the right way, Toque Artesia will stick to the top of your nostrils.
