I beleive Luxembourg is a Duchy. A Grand one as I recall.
@Pieter Claassen, yep no problem, been in Africa several times, unfortunately it was in places like Kolwezi and such during evacuation operations with the foreign legion Been enjoying fubar shot of rum mixed with rooster all day long, yummy
Were you in the Foreign Legion? I came this close to joining it in the early 90’s, but changed my mind at the last minute. I had everything ready, passport, got the info from them, etc. Even remembered what so say when I got there, I know the spelling is all wrong, “Ja voudre alles ala legion etranger?”

@tom502 No I wasn’t in the legion but me and a few others where used as forward observers before they jumped (the airfield was occupied by the rebels. So we jumped first and got the necessary intel. to guide the airplanes in. We trained with the 2e REP at Calvi in Corsica. They are good, but training is very hard, it takes a lot out of you. With the knowledge I have now I wouldn’t do it again, I’m 51 but the doctors say I have the body of a 80 year old. I suffered a lot of broken bones, very bad back, lots of scars, etc… trust me you’re better of now. Ah but to stay on topic, I’ve seen several of them using snuff as there where many times they couldn’t smoke.
