Thanks @Roderick! - I modified your advice of taking an old tin, putting some soaked cotton in it, and poking holes in the top for humidification - instead I’m using little 1 dram vials which I put cotton in and soaked with a propylene glycol/water mixture and placed in the spaces in between tins. That way, I can put the lids on top for travel or if I just want to take the whole set out to let a smoker friend wishing to quit give snuff a try. So far, it’s worked for 5 folks! For a cheap $15 humidor - it does the trick well!
This is my snuff and makla ‘collection’. Normally wouldn’t have so many but orders came in today. Superior can actually has makla Malikat Africa in it, those plastics cans are good for storage!

@Xander That’s the ginger makla. Little mysterious product because everything on bag is in Arabic and/or Urdu or Farsi and haven’t got it translated yet. It is very tasty and supposedly healthy. @Snuffingclown Right!
the collection as it stands (68 different tins in the big wooden box, and 44 in the smaller wooden box; 145 all told - variety is a beautiful luxury, and yet I now also know what I love an which few I could use predominantly, which is a nice place to be 
To my surprise, when I went to visit my parents several months ago, I realized that my mom has a pretty fantastic collection of 19thc silver and agate snuff boxes - who knew! Even non snuffers have snuff collections (of sorts)!

I don’t have a collection I have snuffs that disapear almost as quickily as I restock them. I don’t make orders till I got a few weeks of snuff left.

@Whalen Does your SNUS get freezer burn? I never thought of it until your comment about a deep-freeze full of it. Edit: Did that FSPT law just kaput or was it entirely ineffectual?
I vacuum seal all my snus, they keep for years that way, freezer burn is a type of dessication, Snus can be rehydrated with distilled water and will be good as new. My oldest are May 2009, still perfect.
