@niagarasnuffer for number 3 you used to be able to get tins at tobacconists around Toronto. Anything they have will be way way past prime. Best source is @roderick and @mrsnuff for the years I have been at it. Plan your orders, order in advance of what you think you will want. Sometimes it comes quickly, sometimes it takes forever.
