5-10g of snuff a day, a couple of evenings out of the week it’s the baccy pipe or snus/Cope.
I haven’t got a clue. Switching between flavours doesn’t make it particularly easy to keep track of consumption. I wouldn’t expect it’s no more than 1.5g daily though even on a heavy day

Wow… 5g a day. I’m little bit consoled, because I’ve been thinking my nose won’t withstand my dose at long time. Now I see that I’m not the only one who loves taking so much snuff. One Gawith lasts for a 2-3 days. If I’m switching flavours, it lasts for a week, maybe. Anyway - 2 to 4g a day. But it depends - sometimes I snuff just twice a day, sometimes I can’t stop snuffing all the time. And when I’m in bad mood I take more.

3-4 pipes and 1-1.5g of snuff and everythings all good. On days when i have schmalzlers you can add 1-2grams to that. Mmmm Schmalzler…

Same. .5 to 1 gram. But i noticed that i use it every day more and more.
On days when I don’t smoke the coffin nails about 5-8grams on days I do about 1-3 grams. If there is alot of stress I smoke… gotta figure out how to get past that

average 4-5 grams … Gotta be easy… I’m sure on certain days… ( how much turkey do the common American eat on thanksgiving? As much as they like. Same with snuff )
@Bignose I don’t know about that. Just plain greedy more like! I don’t do that much every day of course. On the other hand I have been known to shift 5g of HDT in the course of a long evening in the pub…
I just started yesterday and today, now that I have become better at the technique of pinching and just basically smelling it and not snorting it, i have probably snuffed like 6 small pinches.

Since I am no longer using 7 g tap boxes I don’t have a reliable scale anymore. I am using a minimum of one 3" heartwood snuffbox filled, pretty much to capacity, every day.
Yeah I think the reason some of us go through such large amounts a day is really large pinches; when I’m using coarse snuffs I’ll do them off my hand or fingernail and one pinch can be as much as .5g
@horus92 that’s a good thought. I can go all day without on most days so It definitely is just a pacifying behavior. I own a pipe, but haven’t taken the time to find any tobacco I like… I guess I have something to do this weekend lol.
