Without a doubt Wilson’s of Sharrow Lemon Toast. I can’t say enough about this one. You all know how good their toasts are, but add just the right amount of lemon? Outtasight.

M

Black Rappee that I made from General loose gold label snus. it is on sale for $.99 at the local gas station. I don’t use snus, per se, but I thought I might dry it out a bit and try it as a substitute for Black Rappee. It is actually quite pleasant, with a straight tobacco scent. The only problem is that its so moist, I have to literally shovel it up my nose, and it leaves a black stain on my fingers. Its quite messy and I would only use it at home, but its quite a nice formula. I guess I can see why snussers like it, I just don’t like the gum recession it causes. I used to dip Copenhagen until I lost a few teeth as a result. But the snus in the nose is great! With the close-out price, I am going back today and buy up a few more for future use.

M

FireDrac but the week is not over

N

@mrmanos gum recession isn’t nearly as big a problem with snus as it is with dip, one of the reasons snus is so popular

O

Society Sweet Scotch.

R

At the moment, and after a nice-sized order, it’s Sir Walter Scott’s Auld Alliance, Bernard’s Regensburger Pris, and Toque Coke.

E

Poschl Grado Caffe, especially mixed with some Ozona or SD raspberry. OMG it’s like heaven in your nose!

P

I really don’t ever see Viking Dark leaving the #1 spot. However, #2 would be FireDrac.

T

Viking Peach. It’s amazing how well the peach/apricot flavor goes with the Viking Dark base.

J

Field of Junipers or Toque Almond Toast, hard to decide…

M

My own Masala snuff. Ginger & spice with a hint of vanilla

My own Masala snuff. Ginger & spice with a hint of vanilla

Do you use cardomon in that mix by any chance?

Lemon Grove By WoS

H

Torque Whiskey and Honey. It mellowed nicely after a day or two. Now I can’t get enough.

T

New flavor fave of the week…Celtic Talisman. (After Creme de Figue, but I don’t plan on carrying it with me every day, Creme de Figue is definitely a special “wind down at home” snuff for me).

_

@basement_shaman I STARTED the week w/ Lemon Grove, and ended w/ the Lemon Toast. Life is good.

B

@ad_noseum I just tweeked the grove with a lemon skin I peeled with a potato peeler, just the yellow part no rind. so fresh and summer like!

_

@basement_shaman 'Im there tomorrow, bro. It sounds very good. But the lemon is a volitile, and may not last more than a day? I’ll do it to 5 grams, and have a fun day in the snow tomorrow. Good tip.

@Matthefox thanks for links…I’m not that far away from making one of these up, I’d been thinking about using cardomon and then I saw your masala mix post. I think a trip to my local Indian shop is in order.

M

Don’t be surprised if he yells “Where’s the pepper” since that is the main ingredient and I left it out of my mix because I think a heavy dose of pepper is not something my nose could handle (laughing)

T

@Hamlet @TobaccyLassy Snuffers after my own heart. A year ago my favorite would have probably been W&H and at the beginning of summer it was Celtic Talisman.

S

i just opened a tin of Toques Toffee,… i had no clue i would love it so much , out of my last order i barley touched anything else…

_

WoS’s Winter Warmer. Very nice. It reminds me most of figs, w/ perhaps a little clove? The scent stays a while, but not so long to completly color my next snuff choice. Yes-very nice.

B

Viking Dark and 6 Photo Anarkali. Just got my order on Saturday and I’m loving these two especially!

_

McCrystal’s Mild Lemon. Delish. I’ve been on a lemon kick lately. Vitamin C and all.

M

Ma’s Ruin while I wait, impatiently, for Field of Junipers to arrive

_

@Mouse Ma’s Ruin-that’s gin? Is it really like gin?

M

smells of juniper berries

_

@Mouse I keep reading here how good the new ‘Field of Jumpers’ someone called it. I may have to get some of that too. So much snuff, so little time…

B

Tweeked my WoS lemon grove with WoS dynamite

_

I’ve read about the Dyno, but haven’t had it yet. Any good on it’s own, or is it primarily a mixer for you?

B

It is pure menthol only the slight grains are enough to menthol any snuff. on it’s own you can feel it in your chest. And people can smell it 20 to 30 yards away.

_

@basement_shaman That’s funny. But I don’t do the menthol thing-stuffs me up. I can’t have anything get between me a my snuff. Hey- I ground up some good perique tonight and man was that good. It was…kind of…like figs? Maybe all this lemon the last week is throwing me off or something…

B

You should get some thuoc lao .That is serious

_

Never heard of that one. I’ve got some (2 big rolls) Tambolaka that I’ve been threatening myself with. I like serious, what is thuoc lao?

E

@Mouse I keep reading here how good the new ‘Field of Jumpers’ someone called it. I may have to get some of that too. So much snuff, so little time…

I believe the misspelling was “Jumpiers” if I’m not mistaken.

M

Bruton Cerberus!

N

@ad_noseum Thuoc Lao is a strong Vietnamese tobacco. Toque had whole leaf Thuoc Lao for sale a while ago, thats where I got mine.

P

I know this will be a shock but: Viking Dark Big order inbound, so we’ll see if this changes…

Z

Tom Buck, Almond Toast, and HDT.

M

Toque raspberry menthol, I don’t like sweet or menthol so this came as a surprise for me. Maybe I should leave my dislikes in the closet and try some more flavors I think I would not like.

M

Grousemoor probably

B

I don’t know if it a favorite but I seen to use piles of this 6 photo special. I think it as a daily staple, mandatory even. Addicting come to mind.

M

@PeteTschantz I am totally shocked :))

Z

I’m thinking Wild Duck, Auld Alliance, and WoS IHT 22 this week.

H

Well, I’ve gone through everything in my first ever order. Finally. I still gravitate towards the Scott, toast, natural snuffs with one exception. Toque Whiskey and Honey. For me it possesses a rich, warm, creamy smooth, buttery-ness in texture and flavor I just can’t get enough of. Looking forward to exploring this whole line in the very near future as I am about out.

H

}don’t panic, don’t panic, don’t panic, 42{ aw, screw it. Food is for chumps. I’ll just have to place my Toque order right now…

3

Toque Whiskey and Honey, Man that’s good stuff, Just so I can close the lid, I’m also into Tom Buck and Toque Lime Toast.

F

My new addiction this week is Toque Bourbon. Got a tiny, tiny sample from a friend and I’m milking it.

T

Viking Blonde. Cannot stop snuffing it.

E

Came as a big surprise for me but F&T HDT is a definite new favorite. I won’t be placing any more orders for a while (yeah right! lol), but next time I do I’m going to buy some in bulk.

F

My latest favorite is Cafe 11. Can’t seem to keep my nose out of that jar.

M

@Faust I am going to try that one

M

The Lorillard Masala is still right up there but I am going to add vitamin E to my GingerBread mix to remove throat hits (who knows)

C

Flavor of the week is Offenbacher Cardinal. Revisited this one and like it way more than I remembered. Also an honorable mention to GH Tia Maria, great stuff.

B

Cope whiskey blend moist snuff. because my nose has no taste buds.

S

Medicated includes eucalyptus and camphor too. New favourite: Camphor & Clove. It’s divine.

F

I’d have to say Toque Almond Toast is my favorite this week.

N

My Flav last week was Spanish Gem, This week I think It is Aniseed & Eucalyptus

3

Toque Natural Toast, I’ve got more ordered but I’m nursing a 10g

M

This week it’s been Field of Junipers, though I’m about ready to seriously dig into my jar of Auld Alliance.

T

I’m digging the Dholakia Taj right now. It’s great for my meditations before bedtime in a dorm that I’m not allowed to burn incense in.

M

I didn’t like McChrystal’s hops snuff when I got it two years ago. I tried it again last night and I absolutely love it. I’m so glad I didn’t throw it out!

B

Kailash. 6 Photo does something amazing with their snuffs. Long lasting, complex flavors, non-overpowering menthol, easy snuffing… Anarkali and Kailash are two of my favorite snuffs and I have a feeling I’m only scratching the surface of indian snuff enjoyment.

S

Dholakla minty vanilla

_

AULD ALLIANCE ( got such a great aroma ) sits side by side on my desk next to CREME DE FIQUE AULD ALLIANCE is beating CDF to the bottom of the jar. Only hope @Johnny will restock all the SWS products at MRSNUFF soon
