Was Sherry one of the snuffs Wilson’s discontinued or is it available  under a different name?

V

Discontinued, sadly. What type of snuff it was – dry, SP-type or moist?

S

Medium moisture I would say. Probably close in grind and moisture to a SP.  I still have some jarred up but before I cracked it open I was looking to see if I could restock.  My hoarding instincts run strong.

If I remember correctly it was just flavored WoS Plain. It was released with a bunch of other fruity flavors like Apple and they were all just flavored WoS Plain. You could try to flavor some WoS Plain with sherry to try and make your own replacement.

Thanks @n9inchnails

It’s more likely that some food flavouring like this was used for scenting that snuff. This one is highly concentrated, one drop is enough to scent 50 g product. You would want to thin it with a small amount of high proof food grade ethanol (95%) before adding to snuff, and probably use a sprayer (letting an ethanol to evaporate afterwards, leaving your scented snuff in an open bowl for 20-30 minutes, giving a good stir each 5 minutes or so).
