Just attempted to test the check-out. United States is not in the drop down for country. So it goes eh… Took a look around and haven’t found an outright statement saying “No sales to the US”. Can find no reference to the states at all. Appears they aren’t too concerned with our trade?
It’s an incomplete site it looks like. Only 5g tins they sell? No bulk? No 10 or 25? If we give it time hopefully…

The categorisation of snuffs is still dire. We are now told that Irish High Toast is an S.P. The confusion is compounded by the fact that if you bring up the FAQ section there is yet another classification that contradicts the former. Here Irish High Toast is described as scented instead of S.P, while Grand Cairo is described as an S.P instead of scented. Many other contradictions abound. It’s sad that an old manufacturer like Wilsons no longer seems to know or care which peg fits which slot. The prices differ from the Private List and Order Form of April 2010. A drum costs £30 on the list, but only £23.71 + £4.70 p&p (£28.41) on the website. The saving is more when purchasing 2 drums. The leaflet quotes £60 and the website £47.42 + £6.46 p&p (£53.88). Purchase by tins, meanwhile, works out as more expensive than using the leaflet. I’ll have to check tomorrow whether the Order Form has changed again - otherwise it will be cheaper to buy online.
“Just attempted to test the check-out. United States is not in the drop down for country.” Yes, it seems you can live anywhere from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe except the United States. I could not find any information pertaining to the USA at all. According to Wilsons it no longer seems to exist.
i registered and had a cart full of snuff…went to register…so far so good… i didnt see US in the dropdown as well

I don’t see Grand Cairo at all in the FAQ. The categorization in the FAQ looks identical to the old website. Grand Cairo is found in the perfumed section in the shop, and Brusnwick, Burgundy, Best Dark, etc. I think have rightly been moved there. I don’t think toasts should count as SPs, but since they only have 2 toasts (Irish Toast #21 seems to be forgotten by everyone outside of Germany) I wouldn’t know where else to put them. I am pleased to see SP Silver on the menu. I guess I live in the nation of Limbo as well. Its lame to not exist

I thoroughly enjoy WoS, especially their Menthol Plus and S.M. Blue.
Just watch out, F&T from The Northerner is MUCH cheaper than directly from WoS.
@Pieter - not if you live in the UK. You have to pay EU tobacco tax if you buy from Northerner. If you are British, you are exempt from this tax.
@PhilipS: There’s some strange pricing on the website to be sure. Two half pound tubs are cheaper than a pound tub for instance.
Hullo asidrave Prior to the launch of the “new” online store I had e-mailed sales at WoS regarding direct purchases betwixt mill and the US. The rep replied that orders would be taken from the US and payment would need be accomplished through bank check or money order. She also sent me an old price list and next to unusable order form. meh
