Not sure if this is just me or if anyone else has noticed this as well. With the exception of my WoS Crumbs of Comfort,some of my other WoS blends seem to lose their scent within minutes of using them.Most notebly the Tom Buck and Blackberry and Rum.These blends are fantastic flavor wise…but seem to have no stamina whatsoever.Seems the only way to keep the flavor rolling along is to keep shoving it in. Really a shame…most of my Dholakia’s and Toques(and all my American blends)seem to last much much longer! Just wanted to see if I was the only one on the boat here!

Yep wiz, the Tom buck loses flavor quick, yes i shovel lots… However almost all the snuffs I have dont hold a flavor long enough; HDT included…
ibild…Funny how some last and some don’t…Trial and error I suppose…I had some Toque Pomegranate today that lasted for over 45 minutes flavor wise!! The Wiz!
I find the more snuff I use the faster the flavor goes away. For me, it’s a matter of conditioning. I get used to the snuff too quickly. Try changing it up more. I like smaller pinches much more often too. I also recently increased my snus usage and lowered my snuff to 50/50 and that helped me savor both more.
I have the quickly-dissipating flavor/scent problem with many popular snuffs. It’s frustrating because the initial flavor/scent can be so GOOD, yet (like the movie) it’s ‘gone in 60 seconds’.
Most any snuff I’ve tried fades after about 5 minutes, but I blame that on 15+years of smoking. Now that I’m down to only snagging a butt off somebody once a week or so, my olfactories have been ‘waking up’ a bit…
